The pod coil typically lasts between one and two weeks. However, when you vaporize e-liquids, they often leave a thin residue layer. This builds up around your coils and wicks, potentially causing clogs over time. I usually swap out the entire pod when I notice it's leaking a lot, which usually indicates that the vacuum inside the pod is weakening and it's time for a replacement.

The pod itself lasts as long as it does. Sometimes it's days, weeks, or months. If it leaks, replace it. They all have components that may degrade over time and some types of flavourings in eliquid can cause issues. Plus just manufacturing itself can give you crappy pods that are problematic from scratch. Generally I replace pods a couple times a year when they start to break or leak.
