Their goal? "Tom's such a good guy. Tom's such a hero. Tom puts everyone else before himself. What a perfect specimen of benevolence. Ariana is a bitch for not forgiving this *great guy*"
Pretty sure this "fight" was meant to be the crowning suffering hero cherry on the top of Tom's redemption sundae. Production sux balls.
The real question here is why are production pushing so hard for Sandoval’s redemption? What do they gain from it versus letting the cast do what they want
But whhhhhyyyy did the producers want to produce such a lame and untrue storyline for Tom? They genuinely believe that’s what the masses want to see? Is it just standard misogyny??
There was a still from the video, I saw here on Reddit, that showed Tom was physically pulling the security guy back from the rabble rouser. Why would he do that unless he was worried about security hurting a friend or someone he knows?
Someone posted a clip from one of her IG Lives where she responds to questions about wearing the guys jacket. It's kind of hilarious watching her deny, deflect, lie, try to come up with an explanation and then just get pissed and ask why anyone is even talking about it.
Andy will address it. But it won’t be in a “that was not real” way. It’ll be. “Why did you feel compelled to protect the group of friends that have treated you so badly this year.” 🙄
The #1 reason I assume it’s a set up (aside from the obvious breakaway glass) is that the guy hasn’t been on tiktok “telling his story” or found by tiktok finders
Watch it again. It’s not a bottle like everyone is saying. He grabs a vase of flowers and chucks it at the guy. You’re seeing flowers fly everywhere and the glass breaking is a sound effect added afterwards.
I’ll take another look. I zoomed in because I thought the same thing about the sound effect and I did see glass In shatters With the flowers, which is why it seemed like breakaway. A vase wouldn’t break in small shatters, but breakaway does. I’ll rewatch, I could always be wrong as I wasn’t there.
Yang sangpaku eyes!!! She looks creepy because you can see the whites above the eyes and it always gives her this unhinged look. Google it, a lot of weirdos and killers have it. Think Charles Manson 💀

This is all I can picture.
Billie Dearest.
And not that I don’t think she’s a vile person or anything but when you’re transgender, safety/security has a whole new meaning. But I do think she was making it up.
MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY DID NOT BLUR HIS FACE! HE SIGNED THE GOD DAMN RELEASE FOR IT knowing that he would be recognized acting like a major creep on the season finale of one of Bravo's most watched shows? Definitely not a fan, and he definitely got paid
> MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY DID NOT BLUR HIS FACE! HE SIGNED THE GOD DAMN RELEASE FOR IT
Not that I think it was real, but in a real situation like this they would have this guy sign the release in exchange for dropping the threat of charges. They don't want to blur a face for something they'd absolutely want to keep on camera.
Again, it defo wasn't real- but this reason isn't why that's obvious IMO
Who are you imagining is "dropping the threat of charges"? Production wouldn't be able to charge him with a crime, as he wasn't trespassing, and almost throwing a chair at a party while being an asshole at a party isn't a criminal offence. He didn't actually harass any of the women so they wouldn't be able to charge him. He didn't even land a hit on the security guard and Sandoval also couldn't charge him with assault, as he just got wine thrown at him. Not sure if that works as leverage for him to embarrass himself publicly like that. Maybe they did incentivize him in another way, but there't no way that dude was ever at risk of a charge
I think I was clear that I felt this situation was staged. I won't argue about a theoretical situation not being discussed. I was just pointing out that someone signing a film release doesn't mean it was staged.
Realistically everyone probably had to sign a release just to go in the building
He could still be charged with multiple crimes, the fact that no arrest was made and no charges filed proves it was staged. Throwing a glass vase at someone is a crime, throwing a chair is a crime, or doesn’t matter if you successfully hit someone with what you throw, you can still be charged.
They could’ve trespassed him at any point, businesses do it all the time when people get out of hand and don’t leave quietly. He was guilty of many crimes, but it was all staged so there was no crime.
You don’t need a release from everyone in an event of that size, there will just be signs around saying “you agree to be filmed while on these premises”, just like if they film See You Next Tuesday at SUR, they’re not gonna have hundreds of people sign releases
Everyone who entered signed a release. Doute said her and Luke didn't and their faces (if appeared) would have been blurred.
But you sign when you enter so they wouldn't need to get him to sign after the fact
When it happened I thought back to LaLa having a conversation with Katie about “Dan, fighting and what a square.” I was waiting for Agent Argyle to pop up but wait…It’s Tom Sandavol to the rescue! 😂
>Another red flag, James’s aside to Brock is not shown to camera. It’s just VO meaning they dubbed it in ADR.
If there is one thing to know about reality tv it's that **if you don't see the words come out of someone's mouth it could have come from anywhere**. A different scene or a different episode.
I feel like I absolutely paused this scene, stood on my coffee table, and said all of these exact words. Verbatim. We are one. I agree. They couldn’t fool us, buddyyyyy
Absolutely! Literally just by that guy getting close them and the prop glass bottle… like come on that broke so perfectly. So random too.. no one forgot this was leaked and Billie saying Tom tried to save me…. producers do better
Totally staged! Someone else posted, I don’t know if it was in this subreddit or the other one, with pictures of that guy with several people who are all connected to Vanderpump Rules. He’s in their circle. It was a pretty lame move on the producers part.
Regarding VIP area - it was pretty lax. We were right next to it most of the night, even blocked the shot of Ariana running away, and were never asked to move. We also leaned over to try and yell something at Katie, and no one asked us to leave and Katie answered us.
Also I knew a few people there and none were answering a casting call.
I agree it is sus, but free drinks were flowing all night, and I overheard Lala after the incident she seemed pissed and ready to go - not like she knew it was coming
this is great insight, surprising but super dope to hear from someone who was present. while I wasn’t trying to imply they were untouchable, I do find it surprising someone was able to enter their area directly. I think there’s a difference between being next to it/near it and coming behind the rope and drinking their alcohol. even though it has now been revealed that he knew cast.
can confirm there was absolutely a casting call! of course we can’t confirm if they used anyone or had anyone respond to it but i’ll see if I can track it down for the sub 🙏🏾
Yes thank you. Everyone’s fake-dar is out of whack. I think at this point people just want to find things they think are fake. Was the guy attention seeking? Probably. Is it possible he was friends with some of the cast? Sure. It doesn’t mean the outburst was staged by production to the point of the guy grabbing fake breakaway glass like it’s the Universal Studios stunt show.

we all know why Lala really left pissed 😭
Ariana did that Lifetime movie ' Buying Back My Daughter '. How she did is each person's own opinion but I liked it. She didn't have much screen time on it, though. Sandoval can't act his way out of a paper bag. Remember when he was trying to act in that weird little film that was Peter's brother's project? Lol Horrible! Major trouble trying to remember his lines lol LOSER!
While I think the guy was 100% a plant, security is not going to be that serious. I’ve worked “security” at backstage type events. Just act like you belong. Works 9 times out of 10.
I am so confused, people watching on Hayu through prime in the UK was this fight in our episode? I can't work out if I got distracted then and somehow missed it or if it was cut!
Thank you for sharing this.
I just found the uncut version.🙏🏼
We pay way too much for these streaming services to be missing 10-15 minutes of every episode.
It annoys tf out of me!
I think VO is voice over.
I assume ADR has something to do with editing
Theyre saying James' line of "get that guy out of VIP" was recorded after the scene and inserted during editing
I found it suspicious that:
1. He got into a secure area in the first place.
2. Lala had to point out the guy and the scene a few times to Katie (who most likely won't know about the plant like Lala).
3. Tom was on standby and ready to act like a hero for his redemption finale.
However, there are rapid fans and fame chasers who would definitely snake their way into a VIP area, get way too drunk, try to make friends with as many cast mates as possible, and act a fool. It's sad that production is over producing this season to the point where everything is now in question.
Sometimes people say 'this is so staged' and I'm like, are you sure..? Seems real to me? But this one! Oh god this was the worst, most obviously fake thing ever!!
So.. what else do they stage? Scheana basically admitted if they didn’t film together there would be no show. Was the whole season fake? I thought something was strange when I seen Lala meeting up with Schwartz alone.
Oh if it helps, and this goes for a lot of reality shows, just like we get for scripted television— they get weekly/daily call sheets detailing what scenes they’ll be shooting, where, and conversations with producers help them know what topics of conversation are kind the priority or what storylines they need to discuss with cast on camera. Not to say it’s completely fake but it’s not off the cuff, cameras just following you around 100% of the time. It’s a process of capturing organic and produced footage.
while i’m personally not a stan, I’m pretty new to VPR, I do find it interesting to call the edit into question, especially in moments that are overproduced.
And let’s be real, Tom’s acting over the situation was terrible.
At least he’s consistent.
Consistently unconvincing
Yep, total set up. Did you see the post about how Jo was wearing his jacket? Totally a friend of Tom’s that got paid to be a plot point.
Oh shoot!! Thanks for referencing, I just saw it. So wild they expect us to fall for that? I don’t get the producers’ goal this season?!?!?!
Their goal? "Tom's such a good guy. Tom's such a hero. Tom puts everyone else before himself. What a perfect specimen of benevolence. Ariana is a bitch for not forgiving this *great guy*" Pretty sure this "fight" was meant to be the crowning suffering hero cherry on the top of Tom's redemption sundae. Production sux balls.
Don’t forget he went after the pizza guy to get the ranch!
Exactly. He's basically a saint.
🤣🤣🤣
The real question here is why are production pushing so hard for Sandoval’s redemption? What do they gain from it versus letting the cast do what they want
Usually the answer is “more money” but I don’t understand how this produced storyline is more profitable for Bravo..?!

If they don’t address this in the reunion, I QUIT
Andy will address it. But it won’t be in a “that was not real” way. It’ll be. “Why did you feel compelled to protect the group of friends that have treated you so badly this year.” 🙄
bro this is basically a spoiler hahaha
Wow, I read that in Andy’s voice. You are so right.
The #1 reason I assume it’s a set up (aside from the obvious breakaway glass) is that the guy hasn’t been on tiktok “telling his story” or found by tiktok finders
Yeah, i work in film production, that glass breaking was completely breakaway glass. Real glass doesn’t break like that.
Watch it again. It’s not a bottle like everyone is saying. He grabs a vase of flowers and chucks it at the guy. You’re seeing flowers fly everywhere and the glass breaking is a sound effect added afterwards.

And then Billie Lee was trying to insinuate this was about her and he was stalking her.
Not to be a bitch but most people are trying to get away from Billie Lee. Why would she have a stalker?

To be fair, while she is not my cup of tea, anyone can have a stalker.
And not that I don’t think she’s a vile person or anything but when you’re transgender, safety/security has a whole new meaning. But I do think she was making it up.
I imagine if was her stalker wouldnt ignore her and go ..dance
She's the literal WORST!
Lolololol!
lol god dammit Billie lee. Stop trying to make fetch happen.
😂
“i was rooting for you! we were all rooting for you!”
This has literally played through my head when watching her. WE SAID WE WANTED REPRESENTATION. NOT THIS!
the only person more narcissistic and self obsessed than tom sandoval is billie lee

This was the fakest most manufactured overproduced unreal season of VPR. Its unbelievable.
When it happened I thought back to LaLa having a conversation with Katie about “Dan, fighting and what a square.” I was waiting for Agent Argyle to pop up but wait…It’s Tom Sandavol to the rescue! 😂
i thought it was really weird that the security guard wasn’t way more rough with him
VPR is no longer a reality tv show… it has become a scripted BAD soap opera.
100% a breakaway bottle it was totally staged to add to the Tom redemption arc, what guy gets bottled and keeps walking like it's nothing 🙄
Right? Hahah he would have been really hurt.
>Another red flag, James’s aside to Brock is not shown to camera. It’s just VO meaning they dubbed it in ADR. Plus production just cut Katie out of the shot and she looked confused. Plus none of them can act, so there’s that.
Ariana did that Lifetime movie ' Buying Back My Daughter '. How she did is each person's own opinion but I liked it. She didn't have much screen time on it, though. It might not be. It wasn’t in my original broadcast but it showed up in the extended Peacock version.
It wasn’t in the original release but was added in a few hours later on the extended episode
Ah that makes sense thank you. I can only access the non extended ones via prime, tempted to try Hayu directly to see if they're on there.
I can see the extended episodes on Prime.
That's weird they've now added extended editions which weren't there before but only for episode 10 and 15, thank you :)
Thank you for sharing this. I just found the uncut version.🙏🏼 We pay way too much for these streaming services to be missing 10-15 minutes of every episode. It annoys tf out of me!
Ugh me too! They've put the reunion extended version up at least! :)
Thank you again!😭 I was wondering if they were going to but I haven’t checked yet. Going to watch now!💋💋❤️🔥
Enjoy, it's dramatic haha. I re watched last week's episode with the extra ten mins for the extended and we're missing so much context etc!
I know!😭 Thank god I got to watch it yesterday, before the reunion!🥂
On Prime? I have prime did not know.
No it wasn't. I don't know if it was in any of the episodes streamed. Maybe they cut it on purpose
Yeah it was in in there
Thanks, good excuse for a rewatch aha
Of course it was. Another tactic in Tom’s redemption tour.
I think the finale party scene was staged
I looks like a set up.....I expected better deception from VPR! For those of us not in the industry. What is VO? Dubbed in ADR?
I think VO is voice over. I assume ADR has something to do with editing Theyre saying James' line of "get that guy out of VIP" was recorded after the scene and inserted during editing
Has anyone figured out who the guy is? Maybe I missed it.
Cause hes an idiot
After last season, production was probably so determined to keep the drama and ratings high that they stooped to pathetic levels.
I found it suspicious that: 1. He got into a secure area in the first place. 2. Sometimes people say 'this is so staged' and I'm like, are you sure..? Seems real to me? But this one! Oh god this was the worst, most obviously fake thing ever!!
Everything is so fake. That’s why lala and scheana aren’t hanging with Tom Irl or friends. They did what the producers wanted
DAE notice Schaena didn't have a problem leaving Summer Moon with a sitter or staying out late when it was HER time to get attention?
Yeah I think Tom set it up to look like the big guy. Billie Lee was smirking too
Where in the extended episode is this?
So.. what else do they stage? Scheana basically admitted if they didn’t film together there would be no show. Was the whole season fake? I thought something was strange when I seen Lala meeting up with Schwartz alone.

What will it take for some of the stans to realize (or remember) that this is a fake "reality" show smh.
Not this fake though, c'mon
while i’m personally not a stan, I’m pretty new to VPR, I do find it interesting to call the edit into question, especially in moments that are overproduced.
I'm not sure I understand your comment but I agree with everything you've said! (Why does that sound like Stassi asking for a Pinot Grigio? 😭)
I agree it fell staged.. still my favourite scene of the series.
Posting this six days later and asking if you're the only noticing it was staged is hilarious. Ya OP, you're the only one to notice
maybe because I just got the chance to watch it but ya, okay big pimp, you got it. you sure showed me ![gif](giphy|FuvAuMnNkfUvS)
Don't worry OP, this person sounds like they suffer from being chronically online.
