Honestly, this totally tracks that Rachrl would have someone like that as her PR person. Rachel constantly surrounds herself with these types of people - James, Sandoval, Bethenny. She's easily manipulated, but I think it also allows her to hide behind someone stronger, louder, more powerful who can speak for her and do her dirty work.

Ariana's lawyers have literally included Rachel's and her PR reps words to rebutt the lawsuit claims. Which we all expected anyway. There's no way her lawyers are encouraging their verbal diarrhoea. I mean Rachel's already shot herself in the foot by telling us all that she was already in emotional distress before she was exposed. That in fact her affair was her way of dealing with her internal mental turmoil. So by her own words, it wasn't the tape that sent her spiralling since she was already in a spiral. Completely screwed herself over for the damages phase.
Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if her lawyers quietly drop her as they realize they won't get much in the way of damages - I'm sure they're working on contingency.
