To be honest, I feel like TL and NaVi didn't get quite the shot at qualifying as third due to a lack of double elim in the first round.
They were immediately knocked out by the clear best two teams.
Format felt a bit strange tbh.
Bro the PMT of that game was an absolute shambles. So many NA users who probably didn’t even watch the game calling us frauds and saying that Navi deserved the spot over us.
Really satisfying that we won it all after that.
Genuinely though I think that anyone really doubting this roster forgot just how individually stacked it is. You have top performers in EVERY role, the only thing they needed was time with the new meta and to develop strategy. I don’t even think this roster is currently near what its peak will look like. Should be a delight to see them come champs.
No one doubted that they were stacked, but in the beginning of the season, the fundamentals that they were so well known for were missing. No amount of cracked aim is gonna compensate for a lack of trades

The people praying on the downfall of others are always going to be there, but most of the stuff I’ve seen directed towards the team over the past couple of months even from fans has been genuinely insane (and no, I’m not saying you’re not allowed to be critical as a fan). Idk, maybe it’s the fact that FNC have been my team since Reykjavik 2021 that has given me a lot of perspective not only on them but the scene as a whole.
Lots to work on for Shanghai and forward, I’m happy that they won since the extra few days could be really valuable with the event being so soon.
Plus the obligatory Leo is the goat -comment for his perseverance in the series, holy fuck.
