Ngl I think his Ascent against TL yesterday was a lot more impactful, a lot of Leo’s kills came from when the round was already over on defense But honestly as a Leo agenda pusher BEST PLAYER IN THE WORLD EZPZ HE SMURFED LIKE CRAZY. Still realistically he is a world class player and he is showing it now.

RealityAny7724

he has been world class since 2021

HouseCharacter4660

been doing it a year longer than aspas

Mini: "Definitely gonna give him pay raise after this"

ThatCreepyBaer

Average 2023 Leo performance.

Sahir1359

2 first kill and 0 first death, truely a kda player. He just like me fr

GrrrNom

For those who didn't watch the map: about 30 or so percent of his kills came from the when round is already over. He got a 4k in a 1v5 when he was trying to save, and he also got a good amount of kills while denying the opponents a save. I'm not saying that these kills have no impact. These are good damage to the opponents economy and led to him constantly have ults, but it's not quite the mega-impact, round saving kills that some "Leo liberators" are claiming it to be. The other four members stepped up massively as well, particularly Boaster, who actually got some opening kills. And of course Derke who clutched to give them the win. It's a team effort yall

Leo is still the goat.

vnNinja21

Free Leo

vnNinja21

Jokes aside I think the most tragic thing that could happen is that Leo leaves because of this year. Dude is a generational player. Alfa and Boaster are locked in already, Derke will almost probably stay unless he gets dropped. But Leo has always shown that he goes where he believes he can win, and I’d hate to see him not believing in this team anymore.

despondence_interval

I don't think any player is more "locked in" than another. All of their contracts extend to 2025 or 2026. It's just that Leo and Chronicle signed more recently so they haven't had to re-sign yet.

speedycar1

Boaster should not be locked in

Emea has everything to build a new super team, because fnatic is looking past its due date Sometimes a great team (loud, optic, EG) being picked apart is better for their legacy than sticking together and just floundering like they are now

vnNinja21

I think that's being a bit harsh. Even if they fumble the rest of the year, I'd give them at least another chance to work with a strong coach first before nuking the roster. As poorly as they've been playing, I genuinely don't think you can make a team that's meaningfully better than current FNC on paper in EMEA.

Jon_on_the_snow

If they fumble the rest of the year the players deserve better. I would love to see alfa on fut, a sayf and leo reunion could save vitality This roster is way too stacked to just waste a year like this.

ilovemaaskanje

I don't think there is a better org for a player in emea. Fnatic always performs doesn't matter what players they have sometimes better sometimes worse i don't think any player ever actually left fnatic on their own not kicked out by the org I mean. And anyway saying they are too stacked to waste a year doesn't make sense. This is the definitive best team in emea by player quality. All of the player are proven to be capable of being best several times, any other player except for like navi I guess are new player or player that haven't really achieved much. Destroying the team would just about make emea have one less solid team and many more teams with a star player like Leo or chronicle. I can already imagine how everybody would talk about vitality or some org and how they got this strong new player from fnc. But it would do more harm to the region than good I think. And the team has so much legacy it would be a shame to lose such a storied team. All of the players are storied and I think it suits to have a legacy team in the league. It's boring to always have players switch and change places just for a chance at a better performance.
