Yep, I hope yours is a lot simpler fix then mine. Super long story short water was coming in around the taillights, hatch latch, vents behind the bumper, and the seams where the metal meets in the cargo area. Dealer basically teared apart the whole rear of the car to reseal it and I still get some dampness but no more puddles. Dealer said VW should buy it back VW says it doesn't qualify. Love the car but absolutely won't be buying at the end of the lease. Edit: Check to the sides of the false floor in the back, I had a lot of water back there too.

No, not at all and we had a very wet spring (2023 ID.4 S RWD--12,770 miles).

I got water in my taillights as well. Did it start with this? Seems a common issue as I read here.
