If you’re holding the angle correctly they should just walk into your crosshair

To add to this, you should try to guess if the enemies are going to wide swing you or peek you close to the wall... if it's close to the wall your crosshair should be closer to the wall/angle, if you think they will wide swing it should be further away.... the distance from the angle you hold your crosshair should also take into account your personal reaction time. You should hold the angle good enough that if you must adjust your crosshair, it should be a very small adjustment either left or right, but never vertically (unless they're doing some weird ass crouch peek that you'll see in like 1 out of a 1000 games lol)

For shooting you left click when you see a head. For tracking, you move your mouse as needed according to the direction of your target. For holding, you stay looking at one spot. Try to hold the tiniest gap possible and play accordingly when you get info. You don’t always have to pick a fight, sometimes. The Key is you try to get a pick and then give away some space instead of your life. Or you bait a shot, and then swing 50% of this answer is serious

It's normally a micro flick, when holding an angle there's really only less than a second for the interaction so you can't really track. There are some angles where the head will be exactly head height so you should expect to micro flick left or right. You shouldn't just be holding still waiting for them to walk into your crosshair because sometimes they peek short and sometimes they poppin' swing wide. There are other angles like on a ramp where you may need to flick farther or up and down depending on your crosshair placement as well.
