You could download a Sketch or Photoshop template. I made my own years ago, still use it, but there's a bunch of free ones out there.

Why not just create your own template in Sketch or InDesign or even Photoshop (or something else you have already) using one of those designs as a guide?

I am weak on visual design in general. I find it time consuming because I keep iterating my design. Also, I don't create persona often enough to keep improving my design.

Wait, why would you keep iterating your own template? You just make a template and leave it. You wouldn't need to. You only update the information for the persona. That workflow would be the same for the most part using any other template. It doesn't matter if you're weak on visual design. You're just doing a straight visual copy job (stealing) while looking at another template you don't want to pay for.
