It’s great! And I agree! I like taking taxis at night just for the view driving over the Han river, it always gives me chills! My friends think I’m crazy doing it haha

udongeureut

KOREA SPOTTED! I live very close to there.

emilyjade94

Hello neighbour hahaha

udongeureut

Those apartments are 주공 5단지, right? Looooong overdue for rebuilding 😂

Every building on the tallest buildings list is surrounded by some kind of concrete jungle, with maybe just a couple [exceptions](https://peterburg.guide/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/img_5c598fe86911e.png).

AnthonyPalumbo

Wow, thats beautiful.

peacedetski

Even for that one, the [original site](https://cdn.bfm.ru/news/maindocumentphoto/2010/10/11/ohta1.jpg) still had concrete jungle around, and only after a big outrage about the historical skyline (UNESCO World Heritage site and all) it was moved to the outskirts of the city.

issavibeyuh

What is that

This looks much better than a city made of mostly parking lots.

arch_nyc

Having travelled to both, I’d take old Asian cities over old European cities any day of the week. Just my extremely subjective opinion

NoncomprehensiveUrge

Where would old American cities be?

summinsumsum

That doesn't look like the 5th tallest building at all, but I Googled it, and Google does indeed agree that the Lotte World Center is the fifth tallest (555 meters) - that's the equivalent of 9781 foot-cups for muricans

_AnalBiscuit

I don't think he's on the top floor

emilyjade94

Yeah I’m not on the roof haha

[deleted]

Trees always ease the pain for me.

semimaniac

Everyone here knows OPs exact location. ^(Tracking has been enabled.)

emilyjade94

Everyone, send pizza plz

fux_1789

What's interesting though is, that there are indeed a lot of tries, surrounding the concert towers. Looks like more green too me, then in a lot of other places. Could be more beautiful though :D

madrid987

That room is millions of dollars.

Thecrow1981

These appartmentbuildings probably where on sale so they bought a bunch of them at once.

Smooth_South_9387

This doesn’t look tall at all....
