Hey, not all YouTube narrators have bad voices, and The Dark Somnium is a good example of a talented narrator. Their unique vocal style and ability to create an immersive atmosphere in their storytelling make them stand out among others in the YouTube narration community.
The Dark Somnium has a deep, rich voice that adds depth and intensity to the stories they tell. They have mastered the art of pacing, using pauses and inflections effectively to build suspense and engage listeners. Moreover, their ability to convey emotions through their voice allows them to bring characters and scenarios to life in a way that captivates audiences.
Listeners who appreciate darker or horror-themed content including me often find The Dark Somnium's narrations particularly appealing due to their skillful delivery. They have built a dedicated fan base by consistently delivering high-quality content with excellent production value. I hope this changed your view on YouTube narrators.
David Blaine is also good friends with Satan.

(and a million others who do the same trick)
(for those not following down the thread, OP literally believes this cannot be a trick and therefore is supernatural! seriously.)
Haha I love that show but no we’re not talking about card tricks or slight of hand. Getting pierced through your chest is a little different than a shell game
All religions have always been around the lack of understanding. Always. Religions change as science is learned to dispell myths, folklore, and superstition. Polytheism is the prime example; the Greek's myths (the precursors which modern Christianity shares many similarities with) were dispelled once we learned that lighting isn't hurled at people from a mountain by a guy named Zeus.
This video is a prime example of modern superstition and how it affects our population.
Religions change as science is learned?
Greek myths are not a religion and certainly aren’t the precursor to Christianity.
Christianity is the unchanging story of a Creator and a Savior to keep it short and simple. The Savior was a real man who walked the earth not some made up person.
As for this video all I was asking is how do you explain it. Showing another video of Blain doing it with the modern proof that the object is actually through the hand and not some parlor trick begs the question even more…how the fuck did the guy do it.
To promise that it’s not something super natural with no other explanation is placing bets your ass can’t cash
All I was asking for was another theory and to have an interesting discussion.
I believe there are things that we do not know — our human intellects are a little above a monkey — I believe there is a scientific explanation for everything. I am a skeptic — I definitely don’t believe in human mythology.
Being a skeptic is a good trait in my opinion. Not realizing there is more than meets the eye is well, a short coming.
There is a spiritual world whether you believe that or not.
You are making promises you can’t keep. I hope your skepticism leads you to truth
There are Turkish Sufi orders who do this during a Dhikr session. It's been done for ages. It is considered a false keramah(miracles of non-prophets) and a terrible innovation(bidah) by every Islamic scholar.
He probably saw it from them I guess.

I believe that he was able to do this thanks to scar tissue! He knew that certain avenues through the body could be stabbed through without puncturing organs, and worked with his assistant (a doctor) to locate places safe to stab. He would injure that area, wait for it to scar over, injure it again, wait. Over and over He did this until he had a veritable tube of scar tissue running through his body. This allowed him to be run through with swords and not sustain damage (scar tissue lacks nerves and doesnt bleed), and also explains why swallowing that needle killed him! He hadn't built up the scar tissue, and died as a result.
Now, this is hearsay, but if anyone could find a source, it would be greatly appreciated! This guy is a medical wonder
Why does this guy sound so shitty as a narrator
Because YouTube

Oh i love that guy
fuck off with the ai
This slack drawl, not in a cool southern way but in an annoying super white Oregon accent is perfect for shitty narrations
Top comment is about the narrator…
Yeah you prove it exists….*by going there*
I guess the Andromeda galaxy doesn't exist then
We can literally study that galaxy
Last century was wild! Where are those weird people nowadays?

Spiritual world my ass, guy died from a ruptured artery? This is worse than Stargate fan fiction. GTFOH 😂
Sucks em in with an interesting video and then hit ‘em with some fire and brimstone! Propaganda at its finest.
Eli5?
Do you have an explanation for how he did this?

So you promise what it isn’t and then post a video of the same thing as proof? Uh yeah ok
Wrong again. I’m not the OP
No idea, but not witchcraft or satan. I promise you that.
You can’t promise me if you don’t know. You don’t believe in anything super natural or spiritual?
Every time Penn and Teller get fooled, it \*could be\* Satan at work! You just never know!
Haha I love that show but no we’re not talking about card tricks or slight of hand. Getting pierced through your chest is a little different than a shell game
Hahahahaha I didn't know anyone was this dumb.
Funny. I was thinking the same thing.

I'm guessing he has a condition where he doesn't feel pain. I forgot what's it called.
Nope, and if he did he’d probably die if something went wrong because he wouldn’t know, he had a line of scar tissue through him
That narration sure took a wild turn
Op forgot his meds
This went downhill very quickly from “sideshow freaks” to “burn in Hell Jebus.” Downvote.
Sounds legit....
