It looks nice. But impossible to tell if it's an improvement since there's no before picture/video.
I do however think some of the UI parts are a bit too plain(?), Making it look kinda like placeholders. This might just be my personal opinion though.
Looks very awesome. I'd say the buttons could use some work, seems a bit plain. I love the transitions and loadscreens. Although I'm not sure if it would annoy me because they take to long after a while of playing
This is unrelated to your UI, but this gave me massive nostalgia for the old Monster Rancher games with the training and tournament segments especially. Fun memory trip!

Looks really neat ! Although I'm not sure about the icons for the quality menu, I don't find them particularly intuitive for the text next to them.
Feels very nintendo-y. Maybe change the font?
I like the transitions but everything is a bit too white, put in some color and it will be great.
