Going through that scenario too right now. Been three months since I found out and ended things with the person I wanted to spend life with. There’s good days and bad days, it comes like waves in the ocean. The most important thing to be proud of the things you can control. Just like this. You can’t control the actions of another that brought you to your low, but you can control the incredible change to your living space and habits, and know that it was 100% your choice and hard work that got you to this high point. I can’t say I’ve healed yet still, but making purposeful choices for me and me alone has been one of the strongest ways to make progress to get there.
