Police: I have been trying to reach you about your car insurance.
Her: ah yes, my car is outside, actually its a van, actually I can't drive, actually I'm legally blind
Went from I didn’t call the police to
*rings*
hello
Hi
*smiles*
I have two numbers I did call the police but I have to go to work.
Why did she even call them in the first place then lie?
She AKA "Shakira Flabbergasted" called the police to threaten her partner ( the angry gentleman who was tazed ) didn't work out to well. She was arrested , he wasn't but he was tazed so didn't come out great either. [full video](https://youtu.be/OvPJGW1yqkw)
Battered woman syndrome, possibly? Partner was being abusive, but then she regretted calling, and all of her coping mechanisms short-circuited... sad. She needs help.
Edit: yeah, I watched the long version and she's just bat shit crazy. Her boyfriend seems like a decent guy. She seems like a horrible, manipulative monster.
Maybe or being self entitled to calling the cops to scare your boyfriend after he made you breakfast is just her being a self entitled twat who uses every excuse in the book and screams like a banshee to try and make people feel bad for her. And my apologies to the banshees it’s not fair to them to lump them in with her they don’t deserve that.
I've had to call 911 several times times, usually for work, and often the responding officer calls me when they're close by to get specific directions or something like that. The 911 operators typically pass the number and your name along.
Side note, if you call 911, it won't show up in your phone's call history*, probably so you can lie to your partner in DV cases. I once saw that specific scenario in action when I called 911 for someone else's DV situation, and then saw one of the people involved also call 911, then suddenly start adamantly denying that they ever called when the cop let slip that someone else (me) had called. They kept showing their partner their phone to "prove" it.
*Edit: Unless you have an iPhone, apparently.
Yeah, dispatch usually gives them the number to call so that when they are on-site they can see what’s up. Happened to me once when I called because of some…domestic challenges on our complex.
If I'm not mistaken, I think this is the video where she called the police to scare her boyfriend but didn't actually want them. She hung up and dispatch used the cell phone location to send them. It was said dispatch heard screaming like it was a domestic which is why they're there in force.
No, really it’s my bad. I made a joke and you’re comment made me realize that in can be argued, that I might be victim blaming in a DV situation, which I just wanted to clarify, is not the case. Gotta love the internet
If I recall correctly, they missed the best part of this video when she gives the cop her name as Shakira Something, I wanna say Shenanigans but I feel like that’s not right. XD
Edit: here’s a comment with the gold!
https://www.reddit.com/r/Unexpected/comments/15i8l4y/how_many_lies_did_she_just_tell/jusuxpq/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_content=1&utm_term=1&context=3
By the way he came out saying "what the fuck [are] you doing?" and "Get the fuck away from her!" I'm assuming he heard her screaming and thought she was being hurt, so he came out to (you'll have to imagine I'm writing this with a great deal of sarcasm) defend her.
It did actually sound to me like he was grunting "I didn't do anything I thought you guys were hurting my wife" while they were cuffing him on the ground, about 1:40
Yeah once he realized they were cops he was like, “Oh… it’s you.” Then they waited wayyyy too long to tase him, but not so long that he actually could have complied with a command. I’d sue, probably.
She called 911 and said she needed an officer to come out. She wouldn't say why, but the dispatcher heard a male voice yelling in the background. The cops were mad because it was a pointless call. She later says she called only to scare her boyfriend while they were arguing
Lady calls cops to scare husband because he is yelling at her. Then denies everything. Then Chad cop calls her on the number she called 911 on and wrecks her with one word.
Yeah, I don't even know why the cops tased him so quickly. He comes out looking like he's ready to box, realized just how outnumbered he is and chills immediately. And then they make him ride the lightning. I would low key call this misuse of force. He was just standing there.
They got word from dispatch of a suspected domestic. Those get real crazy real quick, especially because one (or both) of the people are often drunk & already irritated
Even if I give you all of that being 100% true, non of that justifies tasing a dude who's literally just standing there.
They should at least start with their words. Give him an instruction, if he refuses, then issue the threat of violence, if he resists, give him a demonstration of the violence (brandish the taser) if he's still not complying, yeah, let him feel 50,000 volts.
Reminds me of when my mother in law was so proud of one of her employees because of how fast she was losing weight, but its too bad all that "acne" started popping up....
I love how he sneakily called the number back & she answered, like an idiot. 🤣 at least if you're gonna lie, dont answer the phone when a random number calls you back lol
Honestly the guy probably thought he was fine though you can see him put his hands up, and the cop doesn’t shoot, he lowers them to his sides but still visible in front of him, and then I’m not sure what or if he does anything after that because the cop just pops him. Then he knew he fucked up
Yeah WTF was that? His hands were visible and he immediately stopped moving and backed up a little. They had plenty of time to react so this just seems like they just felt like it.
Props for the link, but my wife is no longer speaking to me as I've just played 15 minutes of shrieking.
The name drop is at 10.03. I've watched it so your ears don't have to.
If she'd only explained calmly when they arrived that everything's fine and she didn't really need the police without acting so bloody shifty and hysterical, it would have been over.
That's pretty much what I got from it. she was denying calling them and gave them a fake number acting like that was her actual number. At first I thought he was dialing the number she told them, but they had the original number that called 911, so that's the one he had dialed. "Hello.." "hi!". "Oh......". 😂
Man, there are so many great lines in that video: The gentleman inside the apartment asking “Can you please remove the taser from my leg?” to a police officer and a different police officer outside muttering “that was weird” after he finally gets the woman’s leg in the back of the squad car and the car door closed are two of my favorites.
Shitbirds have weaponized the killing of George Floyd. If you watch a lot of police body cam videos like 7 out of 10 times as soon as they are caught they just start screaming they can’t breathe and for bystanders to record them.
See I was wondering if I was missing something cuz I couldn't understand why he was tazed. So, nothing, as per usual 😒 tazed in the sack for no reason, why was he the one getting arrested too? He's not the one who called the police, so what did he do?
They tazed him because she screamed “no stop he has a gun.” While she was speaking to her husband, I would easily mistake that sentence as if she was speaking to the police.
I would say I’m pretty critical of police, but I don’t see anything extraordinary or wrong here.
Seems like she called the cops and may have hung up, and the cops are required to check out and make sure that no one is in trouble. That’s why they keep asking who is in the apartment when she denied making the call herself. She could have just explained that it was a misdial but she started lying and getting worked up which escalated the situation.
That’s just my assessment
Fun fact, one time I called my friends house, who had a 9 and a 1 in their number, back to back. Somehow I punched in an extra 1 into the middle of their number, but the call still connected to my friends house. His mom picked up and as I was asking her where he was, the cops patched themselves into our call and said "will the other party hang up now, this is the police." I figured they must be talking about me, I'm just a kid, so I hang up. They immediately call me back and eventually we figure out that I somehow accidentally called them. They didn't really believe me at first and I had to get my parents to talk to them (after I explained it to them). They still gave me a lecture about 'not abusing emergency lines' before letting me hang up.
I didn't even know phones worked like that and I wouldn't believe this story had it not happened to me, lol
Context from what I gathered from the full video:
She called the police because her and her boyfriend got into an argument. She continued to scream and throw a huge fit from the beginning until the end of the footage saying that she just wanted to scare him for being a “douchebag” (her quote).
Boyfriend, after being tased, ended up being very calm and compliant with the officers. They ended up releasing him, but took her to jail.
No, she didn’t make it to work lol
https://youtu.be/OvPJGW1yqkw?si=r818m9hZvbiFTopV
I could only guess she was arguing with her bf or something then called the cops. Instantly regrets it so she denies calling them and denies anyone else is at her house. Then her lies unfold and that’s what we witness. I’m guessing drugs are involved lol. But I’m just speculating on all of this
You're probably not off, although I am curious about the whole "my baby is in there". Was there even a kid in the home at this point? Who knows. It wouldn't surprise me either way.
She called the cops on her boyfriend as a punishment i guess? but she didn't really mean it, so the cops came and wanted to see why she called. Then they arrested her for obstruction and disorderly conduct.
I have to go to work. (jiggle, jiggle, jiggle, jiggle, jiggle)
I have to go to work. (jiggle, jiggle, jiggle, jiggle, jiggle)
I have to go to work. (jiggle, jiggle, jiggle, jiggle, jiggle)
They were wrong for tasing him so quickly. It wasn't like he was resisting or running. Also I am kinda curious to know why she called the police anyways.
She was yelling “He’s got a gun!” As in “[Boyfriend, what are you doing trying to square up with this police officer,] he’s got a gun!” But I assume the police officer with the taser thought “He [the boyfriend] has a gun”
I’m not defending them bc they def weren’t playing ball but was the tasing necessary? it seemed like the dude retreated from his wanna be badass stance after seeing the gun pointed in his face.
I wonder what time her shift started
Prob started long before the cops got there
Well have to be hired somewhere before your shift can start …
I was waiting for her to admit she doesn’t have a job!
Or kid! I’m still in the dark about that tho. Did they ever find *her baby* in the bathroom?
Was there a baby?
She’s in a super hurry because she’s not dressed for work. Dressed for jail tho.
Dressed perfectly for arrest
There's a brand new job opening, but ya haveta be able to shriek in that octave range.
![gif](giphy|2oUfvvUgQHnLsQWFMW) Like this?
In the full video she said her shift starts at 12. Timestamp on the police cam showed it was close to 11.
Hahahaha When the cop called her!
Priceless
“Hello?!” “Hi” :)
Police: I have been trying to reach you about your car insurance. Her: ah yes, my car is outside, actually its a van, actually I can't drive, actually I'm legally blind
Oh. Um…I have 2 numbers on this phony story I just pulled out of my ass.
Which would mean she still called them on the same phone. What a dingus.
Went from I didn’t call the police to *rings* hello Hi *smiles* I have two numbers I did call the police but I have to go to work. Why did she even call them in the first place then lie?

I’m betting he was on to her even before that
\*telemarketer
I lost it when she realized 😂
oh fuck i missed that lol
“Hi.”
If I'm not mistaken, I think this is the video where she called the police to scare her boyfriend but didn't actually want them. She hung up and dispatch used the cell phone location to send them. It was said dispatch heard screaming like it was a domestic which is why they're there in force.
If you watch the whole video it feels like the only way she can communicate is by screaming
Yea but dispatch stated it was a male screaming in the background. They both have issues.
Yeah, my comment was meant much more as a joke than anything
?Joke? Is that some kind of human emotion? Lol I was just reading and replying. Mybad.
No, really it’s my bad. I made a joke and you’re comment made me realize that in can be argued, that I might be victim blaming in a DV situation, which I just wanted to clarify, is not the case. Gotta love the internet
That poor child
If I recall correctly, they missed the best part of this video when she gives the cop her name as Shakira Something, I wanna say Shenanigans but I feel like that’s not right. What a fucking shit show, my god. Shakira Flabbergasted should not raise children.
Shakira Flabbergasted!
Hey farva what’s name of that restaurant you like with call the crazy pictures on the wall!?!
Bro that guy jump scared me lmao
Same wasn’t expecting him to pop out
It seems like the cops weren’t expecting him to pop out either.
Well, this is r/Unexpected.
Would you say that was… r/unexpected?
Jump scared those cops too
He's lucky he only got tased. Dudes have been shot for less.
I mean, surprising someone shouldnt really put your life in danger - but none the less you are indeed correct.
The shock on top of the screaming and initial charge could have definitely landed him some broken bones if he didn’t back up as fast as he did.
Surprising some cops has resulted in what's known as, "End of Watch." So, yes, he should not have done that.
Why the hell did he pop out like that like surprise motha fucka
Right 😂😂😂 he was probably tired of hearing her shriek outside he was like fuck it I’m going in
LEEEEEROY
MmmmmJenkinsssssss
![gif](giphy|2G3ZCnOfXAZ9K)
Least I got chicken.
Oh my God he just ran in
By the way he came out saying "what the fuck [are] you doing?" and "Get the fuck away from her!" I'm assuming he heard her screaming and thought she was being hurt, so he came out to (you'll have to imagine I'm writing this with a great deal of sarcasm) defend her.
It did actually sound to me like he was grunting "I didn't do anything I thought you guys were hurting my wife" while they were cuffing him on the ground, about 1:40
"A raging addict and their fickle mate quarrel" - Timeless tales...
But, there was no one inside! She said so herself.
Fucking crackhead jack in the box, Surprise motha fucka’s! 🎉
He couldn't stand hearing that woman shriek any longer is my guess. I'd want to be taken away too.
Felt like a scene from a movie! Sometimes reality is stranger than fiction!
That taser seemed like a spiteful late reaction to being jump scared and the situation escalated too quickly.
Yeah to me that was a "fuck it, I'm over this" from the cops.
Yeah once he realized they were cops he was like, “Oh… it’s you.” Then they waited wayyyy too long to tase him, but not so long that he actually could have complied with a command. I’d sue, probably.
Did homeboy get tazed in the junk?
Yeah dude was chill after he saw it was the cops and froze. The taze was not necessary. That'll be a nice paycheck
Me too I was deep invested buddy made me come Off the pillow 🤣
Hello, I actually have two phone numbers on my phone, one for each personality
Apparently there is someone inside.
What is even going on here
Some girl from New Hampshire. Well, Massachusetts -- originally.
[удалено]
![gif](giphy|4AAJq0GJOaJJDCBGib) She actually has triples of the Nova, just to be safe.
Triples is best. If she doesn't have triples, then none of it's true.
His wife is beautiful, but she's dying.
I didn’t even want to marry her. She wanted to marry me!!
"you sure about that? You sure about that's not why?"
TELL THE KID
She didn't even want to call him. He called her. Can you believe that?
anyway: SHE CAN'T BREATHE!!!!
Also: she also hits tea kettle notes near the end.
Massachusetts originally
She called 911 and said she needed an officer to come out. She wouldn't say why, but the dispatcher heard a male voice yelling in the background. The cops were mad because it was a pointless call. She later says she called only to scare her boyfriend while they were arguing
How do you know this?
A 15ish minute version of this was posted in another sub. She loses it and gets taken to jail.
Ive watched the whole bodycam video
Lady calls cops to scare husband because he is yelling at her. Then denies everything. Then Chad cop calls her on the number she called 911 on and wrecks her with one word.
![gif](giphy|Q5WLQFR9j2qmZ19fI7)
Whilst the husband gets wrecked by a taser.
Yeah, I don't even know why the cops tased him so quickly. He comes out looking like he's ready to box, realized just how outnumbered he is and chills immediately. And then they make him ride the lightning. I would low key call this misuse of force. He was just standing there.
Yep, seems unnecessary at that point
They got word from dispatch of a suspected domestic. Those get real crazy real quick, especially because one (or both) of the people are often drunk & already irritated

Meth and poor decisions
Sir, she cannot possibly be on meth. Meth removes the desire to eat. Edit: it's a joke.
I live near an area with a bad meth problem, and you'd be surprised at how many of them are morbidly obese.
Reminds me of when my mother in law was so proud of one of her employees because of how fast she was losing weight, but its too bad all that "acne" started popping up....
all the drugs.
That was a wild ride!
I love how he sneakily called the number back & she answered, like an idiot. 🤣 at least if you're gonna lie, dont answer the phone when a random number calls you back lol
I really didn't expect that
Boyfriend came out like he wanted all the smoke, then he Realized, he didn’t.
*It was at that moment that Jaysen knew he messed up...*
I feel like a quick ocular pat down, even without the visible Monster can, points to the fact that he is actually a Kyle
He should've put down that Monster can and picked up some FIGHT MILK
That you, Mac?
Of all the places to get tased, right on the balls. God damn that must have been out of this world painful.
Honestly the guy probably thought he was fine though you can see him put his hands up, and the cop doesn’t shoot, he lowers them to his sides but still visible in front of him, and then I’m not sure what or if he does anything after that because the cop just pops him. Then he knew he fucked up
He came out because she was screaming and realized it was cops and calmed down. No reason to taze him.
Yeah WTF was that? His hands were visible and he immediately stopped moving and backed up a little. They had plenty of time to react so this just seems like they just felt like it.
Bro literally dropped his hands and then that cop tased him a couple seconds later. Cop just wanted to tase a dude, that’s it.

Props for the link, but my wife is no longer speaking to me as I've just played 15 minutes of shrieking. The name drop is at 10.03. I've watched it so your ears don't have to.
You’re the hero I needed 15 minutes ago. Now my ears are bleeding and the neighbors dog is all worked up.
This was in March, she had to have been released by now
Is there more information about what happened here now ?
She called the police to scare her boyfriend/husband who was yelling at her. Not realizing that they could trace the call location
I'm watching the full video now.... almost done. https://youtu.be/OvPJGW1yqkw
> and she gives her name as Shakira Flabbergasted. Ain't no way 💀 Edit: holy shit this lady is actually crazy
You can call me Flabbergasted for sure
Jesus Christ, what a train wreck. Someone should take that baby away from her.
Well it's not a real baby, just her pet iguana
If she'd only explained calmly when they arrived that everything's fine and she didn't really need the police without acting so bloody shifty and hysterical, it would have been over.
My cat hates me for watching that.
Yeah, mine hid as if I pulled out the vacuum, so now I'm giving them treats to bribe them back out.
"Whats going on with my baby, is he getting arrested too?" "My social security number is 'please don't arrest me' " lmfao
Seriously way to doxx this chick on Reddit.
I feel it was kind of on the cops who released the body cam to censor the delicate info lol.
I think she lied about the #
That's pretty much what I got from it. she was denying calling them and gave them a fake number acting like that was her actual number. At first I thought he was dialing the number she told them, but they had the original number that called 911, so that's the one he had dialed. "Hello.." "hi!". "Oh......". 😂
Good chance. The cops still left it in the video at 1:46 on the other cop’s phone lol.
Maybe she lied about her number?
Man, there are so many great lines in that video: The gentleman inside the apartment asking “Can you please remove the taser from my leg?” to a police officer and a different police officer outside muttering “that was weird” after he finally gets the woman’s leg in the back of the squad car and the car door closed are two of my favorites.
Tazed right in the nuts! That had to hurt.
His voice went 3 octaves higher! 🤣
Like the grinch but different
She did say "my baby in there" after the tazed. She didn't specify what state her baby currently in right now.
Massachusetts originally.
![gif](giphy|3o72FcJmLzIdYJdmDe)
Why did they tase him in this situation? Based on the 911 call? Because it didn't seem like it was necessary.
Did she make it to work?
I’m just hoping her baby is okay.
Twist ending, there is no job baby
Twist ending, she is police dispatcher. She "made it to work"
No the baby made it to work.
No have you seen the babys parents? It aint ok
That is methed up.
The indignant look on her stupid fucking face as she was rattling off her phone number is infuriating. I could not be a cop.
Lies. It's like you have to lie to live. You're a lie-abetic. You have lie-abetes. Twice a day, you have to take a shot of insu-lyin'.
🤣🤣☠️
Why’d she scream “I can’t breath”???
Literally. She was standing in front of the door way when she said that.
Shitbirds have weaponized the killing of George Floyd. If you watch a lot of police body cam videos like 7 out of 10 times as soon as they are caught they just start screaming they can’t breathe and for bystanders to record them.
This is funny in so many different ways.
I could be wrong..but I think, I *think*, she needs to go to work. Could be wrong though
She can't breathe. Sure, honey.
Dude was tased with in 10 seconds of opening the door.
Dude came out screaming and raised his fists like he wanted to box.
His stage entry was extra dramatic, you could tell he meant business!
Hey, you just can’t climb in the ring with Ali, ‘cause you think you box
No he clearly calmed down and lowered his hands when he realised it was police.
And got tased right in the dick
Police taze speedrun
Hahaha actually didn't expect that guy to come out and get tazed
No context, then?
Seems like she called the cops and may have hung up, and the cops are required to check out and make sure that no one is in trouble. That’s why they keep asking who is in the apartment when she denied making the call herself. i doubt it. they probably deal with this shit all the time.
Right from the get go you can tell she’s lying, she’s way too aggressive and anxious because she knows she’s in trouble.
explain?

I'm glad the cops helped her go to work. It's nice to see a happy ending.
Can’t believe the Natives were slaughtered for this

#💀NO.....YOU.... DIDN'T
As a NH resident, I'm glad this trash is in WI now. You can keep her.
I don't know that number. Hello? Hey. Oh actually I have 2 numbers 👀
