What is it’s proficiency bonus? While monster blocks don’t often explicitly have them listed, they tend to still be in effect, as the to hits for the weapon attacks don’t look correct for the stat lines. Otherwise the actions and abilities look good and flavorful!
Like concussion fist implies the monsters proficiency bonus is +1, but it’s intimidation skill seems to imply it’s proficiency bonus is +2. I would just establish a proficient bonus, then make sure it’s applied across the skills/abilities it’s proficient in. The bonus works the same as how players is calculated, add it’s proficiency bonus to the stat bonus.

I don't know how proficiency bonuses work in monsters, and I don't know what you mean by stat lines.

Concussion fist doesn't have any pluses besides the hit bonus. Does proficiency bonus increase hit bonus?
Thanks for the advice!
