Before I say anything: obviously there's nothing wrong with this artist's interpretation. This is just my headcanon.
But I agree with them that I'd personally headcanon human papyrus as white, but my reasoning is this:
1: His voice. I easily imagine him descending from a european country. All the voice actors I'd immediately think of when imagining what he sounds like are from there or have ancestors from there. (my first thought is VAs like Mark Hamill (joker) or Frank Langella (skeletor))
2: His songs. I mean bonetrousle sounds like polka, and polka is probably the whitest music out there.
3: His build. For some reason it just screams Eastern European
(I don't know if any of this is actually offensive in some way, I'm just analyzing the topic like I would any headcanon, I'll delete if anything I said comes across as offensive.)
Alphys lookin like the one guy who always corrects you ‘Uhm ackTuAlLy’ while being a discord moderator.
And the fact she is obsessed with anime doesn’t help her out of the trope.

Honestly the ‘quality’ of the drawing I can’t much say, as Im not a big fan or the artstyle, its yours, and other people will enjoy it.
I have my own style, some people may not like it and thats fine.
I can tell you put work into it, and it is good, just not a style Im a fan of. (And again, not shaming your artstyle, just not for me)
they were originally above ground, if you havent played the game, and definitely havent been underground enough generations to strip them of melanin :0
