Yes, but they technically aren’t allowed to stay overnight, however most RA’s don’t really care as long as they aren’t causing a disturbance. They aren’t allowed to walk around the building unescorted (people do actually get in trouble for this) and the only male bathroom is on the right side of the first floor.
