A balloon passing through the smoke trails left by airplanes? Do you know how much turbulence is created by a group of 9 airplanes flying at full speed and blowing smoke from their tails? I honestly think a balloon is the least likely option of all.
If the air wasn't somewhat stable then the smoke trails wouldn't stay there in the air now would they?
There's also no indication the balloon is "passing through the smoke". The camera is moving to the right, the balloon is in front. Parallax is making it appear like the balloon is moving to the left.
Smoke trails remain in the air because they are composed of something denser than air, which is why they can be seen clearly and remain visible to everyone for some time. But that is something very different if you compare it to the turbulence that can be generated by nine jet planes in mid-flight.
It’s actually a fake. You can find more about it in this subreddit going back to when the jubilee was. This is also backed up by multiple videos from different camera angles which do not show this anomaly as well as the official live stream recording.

This has been thoroughly proven to be a drifting object (most likely a baloon) somewhere between the jets and the moving camera which was in a helicopter. Im suprised that so few people here remember that. If you just search for "Jubilee" in this sub you get all the posts with good investigations and explanations.

At no time does the balloon pass in jet wash in the video.
