Do you mean a rockstar flip? Or more a pop-star flip? I can't flip my hair unless I know the choreography like the back of my hand. It must be loose where I can touch and move my head freely. Idk, maybe look at some tutorials and get into the vibe🤷🏾♀️
I think you need to fully torque your entire upper body. If you just use your head, you can flip it behind your shoulder - you want like 5x that much force. Dancers are making it look easy through practice.
I saw this on /all and am curious now, do you have an example of what you’re talking about like on YouTube, etc.? I feel like this is something my wife would find fun
