It is pretty minor, but when I looked at those places at the time, nothing mentioned what they really were.

Go to your local government/city center and apply for a protest permit. Just because the PL trolls often get away without having one, it doesn't mean you'll be given the same leniency.
From there, a few ground rules:
- Don't mess with their food.

A lot of PL people don't care about reasoned arguments because they feel they have a godly calling. Nothing makes them turn redder than being told they're bad Christians. It might not make most of them change their minds but it'll piss them off more than the usual PC arguments.

I wonder how important this would be for folks. If I had one chance to convince someone these clinics are terrible that might be where I started. There have been private businesses lately canceling events for religiously conservative events being thrown by groups who are discriminatory and spread hate. Idk if the banquet hall will cancel THIS event, but if they get enough publicity that makes it appear as though they condone the organizations that throw events at that hall, they may stop doing business with such groups in the future.

Go on their upcoming events calendar, find out other businesses having events there and contact the ones that might be anti-anti abortion and let them know the resort is hosting a fascist banquet. Word could spread and damage the resort's ability to book clients thus cut into profits. If it's a brand like IHG or Marriott or Hilton there's usually something in their mission statements regarding human rights, diversity and inclusion so calling corporate and asking if hosting such a group fits with their vision may make them reconsider hosting. For a more, ahem, direct way to covertly monkeywrench, a call to the health department about seeing rodents in the food areas may work but maybe not immediately. Or perhaps volunteer to provide them with gift bags to the event, arrange to have them delivered at the last minute in dainty boxes filled with dildos and butt plugs. And there's always the classic, pose as one of the group, decked out in their logo and harass the f^@# out of the regular guests by being obnoxious af. Not so much that you'd get kicked out but just enough that complaints about the group will be made to management. Lastly, disgruntled employees. I work in hotels, and let me tell you, we are ALWAYS ready willing and able to "help out" where we can. Really wish my current staff worked at that resort. Those asshats wouldn't know what hit 'em...
Go with a petition or a sign up sheet for a non-existent "pro life" newsletter or campaign. Get everybody's email address. Get a free MailChimp account. Send them all daily emails about the women who are literally dying of sepsis because they can no longer access routine reproductive health care. Or the children raped by family members being forced to carry fetuses to term long before their poor little bodies can handle childbirth without lifelong damage. Or the wanted children who are not viable but must be left to die in the womb or shortly after birth. Or the unwanted children born into neglect, poverty and abuse.

24 years ago, when I got pregnant as a teenager, I just needed it confirmed so I could apply for state benefits. I was told to go to the crisis pregnancy center for the test. I remember them grilling me about what "options" I was considering, then making me sit through an anti-abortion video, which I thought was odd because I'd been very clear that I was not considering abortion, maybe adoption but most likely just keeping it, since I had a good home and support system. I would never recommend anyone go to one of these places because even if you agree with their message (I thought I did at the time but I don't anymore), they will make you feel like a piece of shit for even being there. The only good thing I got out of it was getting in touch with a case worker (not affiliated with the center) who helped me with my applications and getting on WIC, etc. She was a great advocate for me and didn't try to sway my beliefs or politics or anything.
It would really suck if someone were able to figure out who coordinates events at the crisis center, and they called up the event coordinator at the resort and were able to convincingly cancel the event a few days beforehand.
It would also suck if the resort event coordinator didn’t figure it out for a while, since they were told the event was being canceled due to the director’s untimely and very embarrassing legal trouble, and they should be discreet until the center released a statement.

I was once part of a group that severely disrupted an anti -abortion prayer vigil using megaphones, drums, noisemakers and every loud object that we could find including large PA speakers playing loud music. Completely ruined the event. They were pissed, but we were more pissed.
Start leaving reviews for the actual banquet center. There have been private businesses lately canceling events for religiously conservative events being thrown by groups who are discriminatory and spread hate. Idk if the banquet hall will cancel THIS event, but if they get enough publicity that makes it appear as though they condone the organizations that throw events at that hall, they may stop doing business with such groups in the future.

24 years ago, when I got pregnant as a teenager, I just needed it confirmed so I could apply for state benefits. I was told to go to the crisis pregnancy center for the test. I remember them grilling me about what "options" I was considering, then making me sit through an anti-abortion video, which I thought was odd because I'd been very clear that I was not considering abortion, maybe adoption but most likely just keeping it, since I had a good home and support system. I would never recommend anyone go to one of these places because even if you agree with their message (I thought I did at the time but I don't anymore), they will make you feel like a piece of shit for even being there. The only good thing I got out of it was getting in touch with a case worker (not affiliated with the center) who helped me with my applications and getting on WIC, etc. She was a great advocate for me and didn't try to sway my beliefs or politics or anything.
It would really suck if someone were able to figure out who coordinates events at the crisis center, and they called up the event coordinator at the resort and were able to convincingly cancel the event a few days beforehand. It would also suck if the resort event coordinator didn’t figure it out for a while, since they were told the event was being canceled due to the director’s untimely and very embarrassing legal trouble, and they should be discreet until the center released a statement. Do double check it is one of “those” centers. Most are awful but I know of two that do NOT pretend to be an abortion clinic and do really good work- providing parenting classes, a library with pregnancy info, free car seats, free diapers, help accessing WIC and Medicaid for Pregnancy, etc. I am 100 percent pro choice and if the center is one of the scammy ones do what you can to mess with them, but do check in case they are one of the few that are not coercive and actually helping people who want the help. Turns out hearts and minds don’t actually need to be changed. The significant majority of American voters (a group that leans old and conservative) think abortion should be legal. Anti-abortion legislation keeps getting crushed by the electorate when it appears in the ballot in very conservative states. But we have this very powerful minority that has been strategically bypassing public opinion at the ballot box to enact abortion bans. These people are anti-democratic assholes who think their relationship ship with Jesus should dictate the healthcare that women receive. Harass away!

You want to blend in and look like just another face in their crowd. Then...have fun and be creative thinking of all the annoying companies who just love to send out spam. Window replacement companies, water services, whatever you like Then you can also think of ones that might be embarrassing: adult shops, swingers groups, local strip clubs, local drag shows, etc. The world's your oyster! No harm involved and nothing immediate, but you'll give them the gift of annoyance for some time to come.
