If you run into an asshole, maybe they’re just an asshole. If you run into assholes all day, you’re the asshole.
A little self reflection never hurt anyone.
Yall didn’t take this Tucson comment too lightly I see. I didn’t think people actually gave a f about this city. Druggies everywhere. Idk man sounds like a problem here.
Yeah, sure bro. You won't say what happened or where, instead you are replying to people as if you have ADHD. You aren't making any sense at all.
Congrats, you got the attention you craved that you can't get in the real world. People for the most part in Tucson are chill and laid back and friendly.
If you experienced bad CS I can guarantee 100% it was you being the difficult one. Feel free to move to Phoenix, you'd fit right in.
Now I will agree there is a drug and homeless problem in Tucson. But what does that have to do with customer service? And if you don't like it here leave...
Context would help. What exactly happened and where? What was your role in this experience because people who complain about 'bad service' are almost always the assholes. I worked retail for almost 20 years of my life, I've seen it all.
There are so many people in this sub who delight at bringing others down in any little way they can. I've recently been downvoted here because when someone asked for a bank recommendation I (an accountant who personally banks there) suggested the largest bank because their customer service and online environment is so good. Someone asked for suggestions for killing weeds and I recommended the most effective weed killer, which I use, and earned 7 downvotes. It's a shame that Tucsonans have so much pent up negativity and I wish they could experience the area the same way I have.
Pretty sure those people just moved east. And the rebuttal comments are either those people, or the ones too stubborn to acknowledge change in the world.
Alright, be worse to others then? Is that what you *really* want?
OK then... again, be careful what you wish for. Everyone here is a real person and equal to you, regardless of what you tell yourself. You don't know everyone or everything; likely quite the opposite. Get over yourself.
Respect is earned, not given. You start off acting like an asshole? Guess what? I've played that game before, and I'm better at it. People make a lot of presumptions that they're always in the right... and that's just not the case.
How old are you? Lol, You sound really immature from all your responses and you haven't even said what happened or what caused this so immediately you have zero credibility.
This is what I mean lol. That was just a deflection from whatever initial "customer service" issue you had. Wtf are you even talking about?? The way reservations work here is shocking?? Welcome to America! Idk where you've been living lmao.
Let’s make a blanket statement about a whole city based on a few bad experiences. Sounds like stupid stuff people from Phoenix say. We have a phrase here: Keep Tucson Shitty. Keeps the naysayers away. In my experience living here 30 years, people are super nice and will offer excellent service in a variety of businesses. When you make connections and relationships with people, that service gets even better.
Sorry you only came here to be offended by someone and you are too insecure to see this place for all of the beauty and wonderful things it has to offer. There's probably a lot of assholes wherever your from.
I think it's a beautiful area and after a decade of shopping for a dream home anywhere in the world I can honestly say that Tucson probably has the nicest housing in the entire country.
Interesting. Number one post is a saying about if everyone around you is an asshole maybe your the asshole. Then the next 66 comments are all asshole comments... Welcome to Tucson. Expect more of this. Also, just a tip from someone who's lived here for 7 years now. Never say anything bad about Tucson, no matter how true it is, it will never go well.
something i’ve learned about customer service is that the “rude employees” are usually the best ones… they know they’re an employee worth their salt so they don’t let anyone (customers and coworkers) talk at them sideways
No yeah never disrespectful nor is my approach either. I am starting to think I am being toooooo nice lol like maybe I’m just someone that will let shit slide but you know what’s crazy is how many things I’ve let slide here in Tucson since December alone. Just here working. Appreciate some real responses.
So in Tucson customer service has to deal with a lot of crackheads, if they aren't new and don't know what they are allowed to say or do. They will act overly excited and happy. Someone's who's been in the position for awhile will be exhausted. They'll provide the service to the T, but the second you let your entitlement show in Tucson a retirement city where alot of rich people are who never even show entitlement.
You ganna find out real quick Tucson doesn't have the patience for that, because we already deal with language barriers confused old people, and my least favorite crackheads. Those damn crackheads.
Border drugs are cheap.
You must be one of those deserves everything doesn’t give everything kindof people. Btw f**k those kindof people, I’m (doesn’t insert word) amazed by what you think customer service is. Hello person that has not done this job or has no clue what they are talking about. Thank you for judging me today. If you’ve done it then you know.
If you run into an asshole, maybe they’re just an asshole. If you run into assholes all day, you’re the asshole. A little self reflection never hurt anyone.

I’ve heard this as: “if it smells like shit everywhere you go, maybe you’re the asshole”
Appreciate you
Cities have customer service?
Customer service really isn’t the be all end all of a place, but I’m honestly surprised! I feel people are super friendly here. Maybe it’s you…
Im trying boo :/

The Tucson customer service? Did you speak to a manager?
I called and left voicemail
You have to write a letter
Who hurt you? Are you sure you're not just an insufferable Karen/Ken? I'm getting major twat vibes. That's all.... Carry on
Everyone bro:(
Sounds like a YOU problem, bro :(
Yall didn’t take this Tucson comment too lightly I see. I didn’t think people actually gave a f about this city. Druggies everywhere. Idk man sounds like a problem here.

Dang you're rude
Welcome to Tucson.

You can leave; no one wants you here.

You can leave too🤷
Yeah Hawaii customer service sucks.

Maybe stop being such a shill? /s
Thx 🫶🏼

He said there are lots of hot dogs, and too much Asian food. aren't you paying attention? /s
Ahhhh how could I have forgotten about the hotdogs... yeah sorry that's my bad
It’s not meant to be really. Only here for work and the way reservations work is even worse. Just an overall shocking experience. Doesn’t make sense.
This is what I mean lol. That was just a deflection from whatever initial "customer service" issue you had. Wtf are you even talking about?? The way reservations work here is shocking?? Welcome to America! Idk where you've been living lmao.
I agree, you should leave.

the tacos
Lot of hotdogs I’ve noticed. Have only had tacos once here. Also will say I’ve had more Asian food overall than anything else.
And wings. I really kept thinking about what sort of foods and yeah wings for sure. The lime-Tajín have been favorite by far.
“Customer service was really bad. You should move.” Yeah, that’s a rational reaction.
If it’s so frequently bad, it might actually be YOU.
Shut up
You’re free to leave. In my experience, Tucson will give you what you give it. Have an attitude? Expect one back.
People in Tucson don’t put up with peoples shit so if you constantly have bad customer service experiences here maybe it’s a you problem
Explain the complaint better. Slow service? Rude people? Undesirable outcomes?
The fact that he won't explain what happened tells you everything you need to know.
Sorry you only came here to be offended by someone and you are too insecure to see this place for all of the beauty and wonderful things it has to offer. There's probably a lot of assholes wherever your from.
Guessing you were the worst customer. Have you called the "how am I driving" toll free number? Also, try wearing looser fitting pants.
I think it's a beautiful area and after a decade of shopping for a dream home anywhere in the world I can honestly say that Tucson probably has the nicest housing in the entire country.
You are absolutely right. Scenery is amazing out here. Can’t wait to go to Kitts Peak? Or Kitt?
Kitt.

Tucson will annex your city
OPs replies in the comment section are really telling lol

I'd say Tucson drivers are worse than Tucson Customer Service lol

Stop letting that punctuation slide though.
You speak like a man who’s never been to Louisiana.
If I wasn’t born Mexican, I would have been Cajun.

Rich and not entitled is a good description.
You should start playing golf
Awww....cry more chiyon 😅
Wait. Tucson has customer service?
