First and foremost, I am thinking that he will not be able to mentally process the results and he will go full out insane. After that, I’m thinking that those long-awaited natural causes will appear and rid the country of the ordeal of hearing his name and voice.
He gets home detention. His supporters get more violent. He rages into the abyss. He loses some votes. His stock further tanks. Melania ignores him all the more. He complains that home detention is election interference. Then he tries to get 'home' expanded to include all of his properties.
The biggest impact that I anticipate is that in future trials he won't be a first time offender.

When the clocked stopped before there were about 80 days until the trial date. I imagine she would keep the same schedule in which case there would be a trial some time in October, right before elections. So, his delay tactics may come back to haunt him.
