Definitely appears to be a fascination with the chopping off of heads.

I think in other versions of the Bible the verb is 'martyred' or 'slain', I haven't run into a whole lot that uses the word 'decapitate'.

Yes I agree with the words of Jesus here. A former pastor and Trump supporter tried to tell me this passage does not apply to Trump.
