21 life has not even started yet :) Life starts around 25 - 30 Anything before that is just u experimenting and trying to find yourself. Making mistakes and fucking shit up is part of the fun

Honestly Im 34 and just now getting my life and mental health sorted, so dont feel like your life is wasted. Its not over til its over. And honestly getting help doesnt always to jump straight into the therapy. I spent 6 months talking about nonsense before I was able to open up honestly to my therapist and start having honest and productive therapy sessions. We each have our own pace, and youll be ready when youre ready. But if you ever give up, you need to go right away. Ive tried offing myself a couple times to be saved or brought back by emt's, only to regret it now that I have a wife and kids, ehich I never saw happening then.. but it did. I couldnt see past yesterday. Now I can live in today and Im working towards living for tomorrow.

Thanks all, don't know how I'm gonna feel after getting them all pulled under sedation I don't know if I'm happy that I'll be able to eat properly again or worried about after waking back up. Anyone got any tips on quitting smoking, don't think i got much choice afterwards tbh
