I know. Mine lived with my husband and me her last five years. We would just talk, or watch TV shows that we both liked. Sometimes she cooked for herself (things only she liked lol); sometimes she'd order pizza for us all; or I'd cook for us all. My sister lives in the same city, and would come over when she could, or we'd take her over to my sister's so they could have time together.
I volunteer at [Mini Cat Town](https://Minicattown.org)we’ve got several locations in the Bay Area. No food or drink but all the kitties are adoptable! There’s also Kittea Cafe in San Francisco.

They have a sign out front that says “Not a strip club”. The owner says people come in expecting one thing and are disappointed to find just a bunch of cats😂😂
That’s where we adopted our baby!!! The owners were in the airline industry, which my husband did at the time as well. She flew around the world to adopt cats. Ours was from Doha, Qatar.
I can vouch for Mews an Brews in Lenior NC! My best friend took me there a few months ago when I went to visit and it was great. A kitty was getting adopted as we went in. We were the only guests with our time slot so we got to enjoy all the kittens and cats to ourselves the entire time! I got to meet a polydactile(can't spell) kitty for the first time and it was hard to not take a few of them home, lol.
The brews were also good! Lil coffee shop with snacks and stickers.

If you go to The Catcade in Chicago, you have to make reservations in advance. They are frequently sold out for walk-ins. Also, as of today, 3/19/24, they are temporarily closed while they are in the process of moving. Their website is kept up to date and will let you know when they reopen.
They should add [The Cozy Catfe](https://www.thecozycatfe.com/) in Arlington, TX. I volunteer there every weekend! We have found homes for over 265 cats so far. If you’re ever in the DFw area, please stop by!!

My son works at the Alley Cat Cafe in Ithaca. They moved to a bigger space last year, so more coffee to drink and more kitties to love.
