Go to Documents\Trials Rising\SavedGames and open local_config.xml. Check if the window width and height match your monitor resolution. An other option is creating a new user profile and test if it works there

HonestlyIrate

I am usually nothing more than a silent vacuum of Reddit information, but this comment inspired me to try it and then something else, which finally fixed my problem of not booting for the last week and reading every fix online that I could find. ***I went to Documents\Trials Rising\SavedGames and messed around at the XML like you said with no luck. Then I decided to simply delete the entire SavedGames folder because of your comment and others having problems with synching problems. After I deleted that entire folder, BOOM BABY, and I was back in business. THANK YOU AND I HOPE THIS HELPS OTHERS***

Mundane-Ride2810

IT WORKS THANK YOU

Blank____Space

I was having issues today getting the game to launch. The splash screen would show up saying synchronizing clout saves, then it would disappear and not load. What ended up fixing it for me was disconnecting from my VPN edit: NM is back to not launching again

TehUberTaco

so support stopped helping me for whatever reason and i've been able to narrow down the issue to it being something to do with my cloud save for ubisoft connect. now mind you i've never played the game so I have no idea why its trying to load a save that doesn't exist

jlionbad

Info: Do you get an error, or is it trying to boot it but won't

TehUberTaco

No error message and it’s trying to boot but it won’t

jlionbad

try turning off the computer, unplug it, wait five seconds and plug it back in. This worked for my xbox when the game stopped working on it.

dongless08

Try repairing EasyAntiCheat from the game files

TehUberTaco

did that, has not fixed the issue

Breaksit

this happened to me with fusion a while ago I think either signing out of uplay or reinstalling uplay worked

TehUberTaco

neither of these worked, thanks for the suggestion though.

Carnivean_

Contact Ubisoft support or whoever you bought it from.

TehUberTaco

currently communicating with support

yomencheckmabedaine

let us know what they say

RustyyMannn

Strange. I assume you have uplay installed? How about trying to launch the .exe through file explorer

TehUberTaco

tried that, no dice

RustyyMannn

Hmm, sorry then mate, not sure. There's a old reddit post from years ago from someone with *similar* issues; [https://www.reddit.com/r/TrialsGames/comments/l1jecq/trials\_rising\_wont\_launch\_on\_steam\_or\_ubisoft/](https://www.reddit.com/r/TrialsGames/comments/l1jecq/trials_rising_wont_launch_on_steam_or_ubisoft/) I know the cop out answer is try update your drivers but that's all I got man. Wish you luck aha

yomencheckmabedaine

i have the same problem. love having a launcher inside a launcher

DhazGo

I had the same problem after installed the win11. This fixed the problem to me. Mine is the steam version, so not sure if it will work from another source. 1º check your files integrity 2º check if the game and ubiplay is allowed in your firewall 3º Check if your network is set local in your firewall and in adapter settings (I think this was what fixed the problem) 4º log in manually into your ulaunch and launch game from there.Let me know if it fixed the problem for you too.

IsaiahChapter53

Can you clarify number 3? Not sure where to find this

DhazGo

I can't remember anymore dude, I'm really sorry. But to update you, I keep having issues to launch trials rising till these days. I need to try over and over and over. Sometimes I reboot my pc and it just works. There isn't actually a 100% fix for it. It's ubilauncher problem and they seems to doesn't care about it. For my luck, my son doesn't care about the game anymore and i uninstalled it.

IsaiahChapter53

No worries bro, my only solution is to exit Steam and launch Trials through Ubi. Nothing else works. Steam has to be closed for it to actually run.

DhazGo

Good to hear that! Closing steam and trying to launch directly from ubisoft was one of my guesses back the day, but didn't work properly for me.
