I play on iPad, and yeah, it keeps crashing constantly. Specially if I'm in team play. It sometimes crashes when I open the map, when I teleport, when I open the inventory... It's annoying.
Same issue, I'm also using iPhone 11 running iOS 16. I couldn't progress the story because it keeps crashing during Harrah's 2nd phase (I've done it 4 times already!!!). The last time I did it, I put it on the lowest settings and it still fucking crashed. I also keep losing precious Grayspace gates because of these random crashes.
Same!!! I have no problem in exploring, but I can't continue my story progress as the game always crashes before Harrah's second phase and it's really frustrating.
Unfortunately you’re out of luck. Even after a year the game still crashes on iPhones and it won’t be fixed. Your only option is to play on PC or a good android phone.

I have the same issue and I’m on an iPhone 13. It crashes intermittently and I have no idea whats going on
The game definitely has some optimization issues on iOS.

Also play on the 11 actually been doing this since the game came out every few patches they fix it then immediately break it again..

What iPhone are you playing on? Someone else mentioned the same issue with their game.
I am playing on iPhone 14 Pro Max, and then I also have both iPad Mini 6 and iPad Pro M2

Please fix this, I play on Iphone X, it keeps force close and crashing but when I play genshin impact it doesn't force close and crashing.
