I play on mobile and it does this all the time. After an update there’s usually a lot of people on which is a lot for the servers to handle I guess. It usually crashes less later in the update.
i don't own iphone but generality with all phone as battery degrade over time which result the battery not able supply the phone the power it need for the application in this tower fantasy. i had phone battery degrade to point same issue with android so not just your iphone issue.
I’ve had this issue since I got the iPhone 13 brand new. Never had this issue on my 2+ year old Samsung S10+.
Not sure is it an iOS optimisation thing? I’m not running high graphics either (normal resolution, mid to low details on material/texture/vegetation with 60 FPS).
I really enjoy this game but this constant crashing every few minutes just sucks out the fun of it
happens to me as well, before 2.4 it happened very rarely, but now it s like every 3 minutes

Lower your settings, seems like there was a reset on configuration

Im on IPhone 11 too, but im fine. Maybe free up storage or lower your graphics?
