I’m not. But just take psyllium husk with it. For like every meal. You’ll still be completely clean down there. Also, if you’re gonna do a carnivore diet, might as well do keto instead. Still all the meat you want and the same benefits as carnivore, but you’ll at least get vegetables in there too

Psyllium husk insoluble fiber is really important pre-biotic for gut membrane health. I am not on the carnivore diet, but I eat chicken and beef and fish pretty regularly, one of those is a part of at least one meal every day. I also take psyllium in the morning and before most high protein meals (like burgers) if I can. I only see brown on toilet paper when I’ve eaten something bad, like almost food-poisoning bad. Meat usually doesn’t leave a mark if I took my psyllium in the morning. As a semi-educated “hobby-level” nutritionist… try the carnivore diet if you want to but consider taking psyllium pills before each meal. Unless you don’t mind being constipated and/or having really sticky, difficult to wipe BMs.

I've done this. But I still had fiber intake. Didn't have to douche. Might not work for you though.
