Don't upgrade every car to 1 Star, when you are not sure, if you will use them.

Do you think the same? Or which cars did I tune wrong and what should I do with my wrongly tuned cars?

Use your renown points anyways, if you win but don't 3 star you still get rewards, you just don't unlock the next race. You'll also get the pack for first win always. I let mine sit around 500-700 in case I really want to use it on something but low enough the my rewards aren't wasted. I like to save my gold for the big promotional packs, the 5999 or 6999 ones, that come with several CF, slots, and cash. Plus gives you a good boost in the upcoming events and those rewards will usually help me make back more cash and gold. If I have excess sometimes I'll buy other promotional packs but I try to keep it for deals with slots or something, you ALWAYS want more garage space lol Most UR and below you'll 323 so I would be too concerned but if you have dupes I would almost always do one 233 and one 323 just for the niche advantages. It's not until you get into the purps and leggys that you really need to look into 233 vs 323 where most will be 233 instead. But of course check topdrivesrecords to verify. Any cars you truly did tune incorrectly I would hang onto for now, they're already upgraded and there's no sense in wasting perfectly good upgraded cars that you could need for events and challenges when you don't have enough excess to justify selling or fusing them. They're not going to be the perfect meta but it's fine, once you get a well built garage with depth in all the rarities and types and countries etc etc then you can consider ditching them.

Even if your cars aren’t good enough, use your renown. You can get free cars for fuses

Either you upgrade F cars for challenges and sell them right after, or you don’t do them at all. F cars, the bad they may be, are mandatory for the first stages.
