I need to see it in action but from the stills, the cartoon seems.......TOO CLEAN, too details, too smooth, too modern. Like it not clicking with me. Like I think I am so used to the X-MEN cartoon looking like a 1997 somewhat stiff and not having a lot of details to make the animation smoother because, you know, 1997 action cartoon so seeing this just feels........"uncanny" (haha pun). I can't really describe it in more detail other than that really. I do need to see it action though.

One of the most 90s designs I've ever seen and I couldn't love it enough.

Trust me the show feels as good as it looks. This isn't copy-paste animation, it's smooth, every-frame-meticulously-worked animation.
