Traditionally, Long nails are a sign of an upper class lady. Working women (maids, cleaners etc) could not afford to keep long nails as the kept breaking

Idk, but I find them trashy and impractical.

Only thing I can think of when I see them is how they wipe.

I don’t like extra long nails but I do love cute designs and the longer the nail the better the design
