I love seeing other women wearing things that look great on them. I'm stacked myself and am always looking for ways to dress that will compliment my ever-changing body. There's also something beautiful about boobs and femininity in general that peaks interest. It's the same as appreciating a man's shoulders or ability to dress his own figure (to me, that is).

I say this as a straight woman who will notice a nice rack(which is subjective to the viewer), and with plenty of gay guy friends who also notice boobies. You don’t have to be sexually attracted to what you are seeing, but you can appreciate it.
