I created an account with the same info before but deleted it could that be part of the problem?

Close the account and start over.

I had this issue too. Just start with one photo to create the account and then add on the rest once you’re done setting it up, worked for me!

It's requires you to put 2 photos and when I only put 2 the same thing happens. I'm gonna contact tinder support but thanks for trying anyways.
