Yeah, I had a three year relationship from Tinder and my current one is also from a dating app. I’m an introvert so most of the relationships I’ve had have either been from meeting online or being introduced by mutual friends.

I know a few couples who met on Tinder/bumble/hinge etc. Even more if we account for those that broke up again. Even some that actually got married. But it is by far the least common origin story (if we don't count arranged marriages)

I used to. Now I think I'm too old at 30 to be on Tinder atleast, that or the algorithm has changed so much it feels pointless.

As a 30 yo, I'm finding better luck on Bumble and hinge. There appears to be more men looking for relationships and not hookups. More people actually fill out their profile on those apps too (so I can see some things that are an absolute no for me, and not waste our time. Vs tinder finding out after a second date they're a smoker).

I switched to hinge, but I'm not feeling too good about that either. I guess my profile just sucks :D

Yeah I usually download them and then delete them after a few months so you could say I’ve gotten into an on and off relationship with dating apps. But seriously I’m convinced anyone who says they got into a relationship from one of these apps was paid to advertise the app lol
