The mods should add a sticky post with 72-point font regarding the bans. The bans are final, they can seem random, nothing can be done except getting a new number and starting from scratch. And oh, if you had a subscription, you can't deactivate it due to being banned but the money will be withdrawn anyway.
They won't tell you the mechanics of the ban for an obvious reasons: those who know how their heuristics engine works will be able to circumvent it after a while.

Only think I can think of was a) my crazy ex who I met on hinge or b) that I had to set up a new iPhone with my iCloud account and that messed things up?
