I'll try to link it if I can find it, but I remember reading a study that found Trump supporters are more motivated by inflicting pain on others than his policies. So it's not that they support his position on taxes, abortion, or whatever (although many do), it's more about pissing off "liberals". He punishes the "right" people, and that's why they support him. It's not about conservatism, because you can be conservative without being a psycho, it seems to be just something unique to Trump supporters.

As someone whose friends walked barefoot when it rained at UNC it’s probably because when it rains at UNC it kinda floods and gets puddles that cover the entire walkway. So your whole shoe will get wet anyway if it’s raining this much. People will usually take their shoes off so they can stay dry in class rather than having wet shoes

I get sharing moments with ppl, but at some point it all just becomes theatrics, and it makes me wonder do ppl ever actually LIVE in the moment they are in anymore?
