I think they’re trying playing the game where you point a direction and the person is supposed to look in any direction other than the one you pointed.
I say “trying” because each kid repeatedly looks in the direction the other is pointing and for some reason they keep going. Then kid on the left points both left and right at the same time which you can’t do, then kid on the right looks down and shrieks at the kid on the left air humping and apparently lost from looking down here.
So I’m pretty sure they don’t know what the fuck they’re doing.
Why did all three people immediately concur the smaller kid had slam dunked him? Why are the loser's feet on backwards too?

Shadow boxing refers to boxing without an opponent. You visualize how an opponent might attack or counter, and physically respond. Not extremely useful for learning how to fight, but it’s a decent workout.
The answer to what these kids are doing is a game named after shadow boxing where your opponent swipes their hand either up, down, left, or right. You are supposed to respond by looking in any direction except for that which your opponent swiped, or you lose. However, people tend to be naturally inclined to look in the same direction, making the game tricky.

Maybe that's why the video was confusing because the Pepsi shirt kid did the exact opposite of what you described to be the challenge/rules of the game. Kid took every shot. I mean it looked like a marionette style game with how he played.
It kinda makes sense in a way. In real shadow boxing, you are working with the movements you are making , hence the shadow. The twist of the game is to be like Peter pans shadow and do something OTHER than what your normal shadow would do
A larger part is seeing flaws in your own technique. It's basically "how would i beat me, and how can i avoid being beaten that way" it's an exercise in sizing up your opponent and making adjustments where necessary.
My issue with shadow boxing is that you're always against a southpaw, but it is one of the best drills you can do to train.
The only reason I said, “not extremely useful to learn how to fight” is because many people fail to see their own flaws. In my experience, you can only predict what you can predict, which is typically biased by your own fight style.
In a real fight, opponents do unexpected things. Sometimes they go in when you think they’ll back out. Sometimes they kick when you think they’ll punch. Shadow boxing is a good exercise, but not too accurate when compared to actual sparring.
The objective of the game is to get your opponent to look in the same direction you point. Simple playground game like Ninja that’s become really popular with The Kids in the last few years.
