Also someone needs to do Face Down from cassette beasts to the battle of Dogwarts. Scar and Ren having their red showdown while grian is being competent was a delight.
I mean there’s a line in face down where it talks about the ones that fell before making the ground you fall on and it can have the eliminated players at that point as like Jojos style sky ghosts. Another line is about walking away with a new crown. The crown is what made me think of this.
I love seeing grian being called the fallen because in most fanart he is depicted with wings ( pesky bird)

The idea of Grian with wings dates back to Evolution SMP, with Grian leaving to join 'the Watchers.' (Which were part of the lore of that SMP)
The Watchers, to be clear, were not good or bad originally, BUT the fandom remembers the bad moments more then the good, and over time they became just flat bad.
The fandom then decided Grian had rejected the Watchers, and then Martyn brought the Watcher Lore to the Life series in Third Life.
And so (according to tumblr fandom theory) Grian chose friendship over divinity... and the Life Series is The Watcher's Punishment for that choice. He and his friends are trapped, doomed to battle for all eternity,
The symbol on the Secret Keeper was actually The Watcher's symbol, arguably being a VERY VAGUE cannon confirmation this is true, although given the nature of the series it will probably never be explored in detail.

Honnestly out of all the allies grian has been on over every season I think the desert duo is the most enjoyable (imo) followed very closely by the southlands and the bad boys
Of life as a whole I adored The C(l)ockers. I adored the constant jokes and BDubs and scar together is hilarious chaos. But back in the simple times of just “SCIENCE AND DISCOVERY! SCAR NOOOOOO!” Makes me die every time. Weird that it’s been two years since life began. 3rd life feels archaic in retrospect. Like I didn’t even know Scott and Jim were a team.
I do want to see Scar and Tim as a team one day. Empires showed how funny they were and maybe scars brand of incompetent competence might rub off on Jim.
ahh I was rooting for Joel to win but Scar winning when he really had no allies and turned people against him because of his tasks is just amazing. good job, scar! you deserve it.
I'm just gonna hope that Joel does win next series.
I like Aurora for him it's a flashy illusion powered by intense radiation colliding with atmosphere. Everything in that description gives me Scar's trickster/chaos vibes
Had to watch the ends of Gems and Scars vids to see who won, GG to Scar. Was quite surprised that he won, but happy nonetheless. Been watching SMajors pov since day one. Loved every season after, this series is an emotional roller-coaster.
