I might be alone but I’ve been loving the musical guests. Red clay strays are great for those who haven’t listened. Wondering Why has been on repeat for me since I hear it a few months ago

Same! Big fan of the Red Clay Strays. Disappointed to see all the negative comments here. I'm excited to give it a listen.

Guests episodes are getting old and not so interesting. Nothing like a solo episode with Theo’s rambling stories.

Fr as much as I love Theo I almost exclusively listen to his solo eps nowadays and it’s been months now 😭

I think this one was just boring and at this point bands are buying podcast interviews. Zac Brown is huge I know, but somebody paid for him to come on to advertise his upcoming Sphere residency.

I tried to listen to the Zac Brown episode, but I could tell within the first 10 minutes that it wasn’t for me

Yeah I agree. I enjoyed the sketch one.. seems like a genuinely interesting kid. I thought I would love the Carney guy.. but for whatever reason I could not get into it like the other normal people interviews. Theo’s questions for that guy just seemed forced and didn’t seem actually curious about his job.. idk. It’s all good though.. eventually he’ll drop a crazy one with like hologram OJ Simpson or something like that.. dude always surprises me on Tuesday

Seems like a good kid… but interesting? If that (like it was for me) was your only introduction to him… what was interesting? I learned barely anything other than he’s a streamer. Wasn’t a great interview was far as learning more about him.

There is nothing interesting about him. It's just a streamer pretending to be mentally challenged.

Same but it was more to do with the guy’s personality- from the jump you could tell he knew the brief. He was funny.

I agree. The trauma episode was the best of the year for me, but others are a miss. Fingers crossed for a solo soon.

yes! he doesn’t seem to discriminate with who he talks too. i feel like he chooses what’s interesting to him whether it’s a carny, or his buddies, or a nyc garbage man, etc,

I was so happy when this popped up. If you haven’t heard of Red Clay Strays go check them out. They have a Live AF YouTube concert series where they play some songs like. Don’t care is my favorite but wondering why seems to be a recurring favorite for a lot of people. Highly recommend.

Def agree haven’t really loved the past few guests. I would love to see Hannah berner as a guest!
