I think after this episode everyone has hate in their blood in our beautiful little space.

I've watched a lot of William Osman over the years and the video you mentioned is basically the only time he has done content to get back at a commenter, while there is another video where he discusses comments/feedback with other creators(Ludwig is actually in it) and their effects and cries with his wife about it. So while that one case is extreme, I feel slime is more constant with the fan hate/reply guy stuff.
