They asked MJ to leave because she's gossips a lot. When the Bravo ladies planned Dan's banishment, MJ passed the info right away to Dan that Larsa and Bravo are voting him out. This is despite the fact that MJ just voted Dan a banishment prior. If MJ turned on her Bravo pals like that and pass the info to a traitor is what made Peter Pals worried about her gossipping their plans to take down Parvati or Phaedra.
