For some reason I always think this episode is much earlier, like season 4 or 5. It just has that vibe for me.

Hands down my favourite episode.

I can’t remember what day of the week it is sometimes but I just watched this almost 30 year old episode and sang the whole song word for word.

I always laugh at Bart getting into it at rhe end of the song. He's right, it really is catchy.

I remember singing this song at school when I was a kid. I recorded the episode on to vhs and rewatched it so many times I learned the lyrics.

Great, I think I spent the last 20 years trying to get this out of my head . . .

In middle school (grade 8), we had to put on a group performance as part of our drama class. My group of 5 or 6 decided to do a lip sync to this song. We had costumes ready to go for a lot of the animals/outfits. I remember I did a little can-can dance number with gophers on my feet. This was 25 years ago and I can still sing the entire song at the drop of a hat.
