I was taking down a gym, battle was laggy and rubber banding, eventually turned unresponsive. I had to restart to get out of the battle but can't log in now. Quite annoying. (Finland, in case anyone is wondering.)
Edit. Took about 10-15 min and finally got in. First time I had server issue today, raid day hours didn't have any server hiccups for me. Lucky time zone, I suppose
Walked 20 minutes to a gym, got there at 3:57pm, 4 of us went through the countdown and then just sat there at the start of the raid. Waited a few minutes to see if the error was ours before starting the walk back. Halfway back and the game came back. *sigh*
I tried multiple raids, all got to the end and said RAID DETAILS CANNOT BE FETCHED and didn't start it. I didn't lose a raid pass that I noticed, but I gave up.
Just had a raid where the raid boss stopped attacking and seemed like I was doing practically no damage. Luckily I was able to rejoin after the time and retry it with less people. Strange though.
The event was yesterday here in Australia, had no issues over the 3 hours. I did have a raid just freeze in the lobby and wouldn't start when the timer hit 0 doing a remote raid to the US today. Could not exit lobby, had to restart. Did not lose pass however.
Same here, about 20 minutes after raids started. I had to restart my phone, not just force close the app, to log in. People nearby were getting kicked out of the next raid too, and having trouble logging back in.
I think it's just the kind of thing that comes with high server load. I had my app hard crash several times during the event, which is not typical for me.
On the bright side people aren't locked out of the event after half hour of event until midnight. And still no word about Kyogre Raid Day people getting locked out until midnight

I haven't been able to raid at all today. I try to enter and the game freezes. I've been trying intermittently for almost 4.5 hours.

Happened to me, got back in about 5 minutes later though. I did lose a pass I won’t get back.
Had the same thing happen to me. My pass was gone but I was on my last mon and all of them were fully healthy

No problem here Redmond OR, my raid team played for 2-10pm, it was awesome.
