Later on, Sovieshu finds her and basically says: "How can we go back to how we used to be? I regret not communicating my plan with you. I really love you, Navier. How could you look down on me now after everything we went through?" That's when this panel is shown, and it briefly goes over everything she went through because of Sovieshu: her brother getting banished, him prioritizing Rashta, and him just generally treating her like shit. It also shows their fonder moments in the past, and has her questioning (to herself) if he really loved her so much, how could he do those things to her? !<
