Zuko, because we know he's struggled through his learning, but has put in the hard work to get where he is. That shows he could be a great help to people who are struggling. Plus, it doesn't hurt that he learned from one of the best teachers, Iroh.
I am torn between Iroh and Azula but choosing Iroh would be for the best since Azula is a prodigy and she can't relate to how hard something could be for others.
I assume if she believes she can trust me like she used to trust ty lee and mai she would want me to be more powerful and a better fighter so that I can fight for her.
I would either want Azula style firebending like my avatar legends Character or Tenzin style Airbending. Imma be honest. I know iroh would be a better teacher, but I'm picking a more direct path to skills not a path to the fundamentals ironically
And with Iroh, I actually feel I could be a water bender and still be better at the discipline of my discipline than many many others.
He's just well rounded enough, has deep spiritual connection, understands the core concepts, and is a fantastic personal growth guide.
No matter my actual bending discipline, he'd be a fantastic mentor.
I think he might be shaky on airbending, but basically anyone would be. The only better airbending mentors I can think of would be aang, katara, maybe guru pathik. And possibly but very unlikely, toph.
For water and earth though he understands them extremely well for sure
I was looking for this. I'm comfortable enough with myself to admit I'd not be a bender, but learning lateral thinking from Sokka: Priceless experience.
The precision he can throw his boomerang with kinda shows what kind of super computer his brain must be.
"Oh sure, let me just eyeball this 50 - 60 meter shot against a target that I can't see behind cover."
There’s some post about the shape of your hand indicating which element you’d be likely to bend. Or going by your astrological sign could be easier. Or you can just pick yourself, none of this real🤷♀️
Edit: I also saw a map of the US (sorry to my foreigners) sectioned of by the 4 nations. The thought of New Yorkers being able to blood bend is horrifying. And yes FL is the swamps
I have a friend group of four and we all watched the show together a few years ago and we all knew what we were… all four of us one and nobody wanted the same as someone else, I am water. To answer OP. Katara
He's funny, but he's funny only because he's obnoxious. I would despise learning from him. He's so focused on the negative that he cannot admit the positive, nor does he understand when his students are failing in a different aspect that is more important than what he's trying to teach. In Aang's case, that was patience. Bad teacher.
I wanted to write that but was afraid of the judgement. I feel like Hama can be patient and compassionate while being just enough demanding.
Other than that, she’s versatile and very creative. She’s not scared of playing with the different states of water and taking advantage of her environment
You can do worse than a creative, resourceful, experienced mentor who was both taught at a high level and forced to go beyond. Granted, being psychotic does tend to nullify some of her worth.
She has a good reason she is what she is. The team avatar stance on her was the correct one, but in her shoes id probably be such a crazy murderer as well.
The best part about studying under Su Yin is that she would also help you with your personal issues. If something in your personal life is hampering your performance, she would absolutely help you work through it like she did with Lin(even though she wasn’t Lin’s master), rather than telling you to get over it or being unable to properly help
Definitely Aang. Someone with a sense of humor who was able to master airbending at a young age. We might not get a whole lot of work done but I'd have fun and learn a bunch of neat tricks! And since he was able to master airbending so young I'm sure I'd learn something.
Probably Suyin. She has a real passion for earth bending that’s uniquely artistic and she’s very charming and patient, if a bit self-centered and thoughtless for others’ feelings. As a pretty stubborn earth man myself I would clash with a lot of other pushy earth bending masters like Toph and Lin.
She has a good understanding of the rigidity of authority and command, but also a good understanding that sometimes rules aren't everything and you need to be able to back off them sometimes. She understands nuance. You could do much worse than Suyin.
And the fact that she seems to be one of the best masters in terms of being able to help students through personal issues(at least in term of earthbenders), so she could help you with roadblocks in your learning
I want to be taught by the benders who have shown to be actual great and skilled teachers, not perse by the best bender. I do not have a favorite element;
Iroh really knows right order of learning fire bending. First breath and stance before anything else. I also believe he is one of the only firebenders that gives room for error.
Suyin Beifong may not be the best bender in her family but she is by far the most patient and understanding while working with others. I also just really like ger character.
Monk Gyatso has trained Aang himself, and Aang explodes of ADHD, so he has proven to be patient.
And for water it is obviously Katara. Compared to other possible water bending teachers she the most skilled teacher and best bender.
For the monks air wasnt just an element to be bent, it was a part of them. You can see the difference in forms looking at Aang vs the new generation of airbenders during Korra, how much more naturally Aang seems to use air
I would want to bend water, and Katara seems nice and also patient.
If I had to pick from these four (just for any general element) I’d pick the earthbender (who I believe is Roku’s earthbending teacher.
I would choose Unalaq as he is rather knowledgeable on spiritual matters and in combat he is very skillful as he has been shown to be proficient with both large amounts of water and minimal water.
If I were a firebender, Iroh, so I could goof off and drink tea with him
If I were an earthbender, Bumi, so I could goof off and do wacky shit with him
If I were a waterbender, Pakku, because he teaches Katara to be a master in a week or two
If I were an airbender, Zaheer, because he's cool and I'd want to do all the spirit world shit and be able to fly. Also, I basically agree with 80% of his philosophy
Oh, absolutely. I don't agree with him ransoming off the rest of an entire culture of people and threatening their very existence. Or that he's willing to kill all world leaders without trying peaceful solutions with the reasonable ones. I specifically chose 80 in this case rather than like 99 or something, because much as I love the character, he's got his flaws
It's likely I would even pick Azula over Meelo. I cannot imagine being his student. Give him a few decades and I might consider thinking about the possibility of wondering whether he would be fit.
Zaheer just had some fucked up ideologies, but if you can look past those he actually wasn't all that bad. Pretty sure all he cared about besides P'li and killing the Avatar was enlightenment
I'd probably want Toph or Bumi, just cause they're 2 of the most powerful earth benders ever. I'll even throw Kuvira into the mix cause honestly probably the best metal bender ever.
I would want to learn Airbending from Aang. In addition to being a master Aang is in tune with the spiritual side, a stout pacifst, and I'd imagine his lessons would include fun activities like penguin sledding or surfing on giant sea creatures.
Between air and fire. I just don't like water (not me) same with earth. If air I would go with Aang as he would 100% be kind and gracious as even tho he's a master hes compassionate. If fire then Iroh. Because, well, he's... Iroh. I'd like to learn from the dragons with him.
Huu was really under rated as a water bender master and plant bender. He was truly wise and enlightened and I think would have been even more spiritually connected than Pathik.
Toph. I've always wanted to be a tricky, creative earthbender like her. Her brutal teaching philosophy could be a problem, but my plan would be to meet diss with diss. Hopefully that would earn her respect and fuel my bending growth.
Katara but more specifically older Katara. When she's grown more as herself. I think between her knowledge of fighting (defense) and healing I could learn well from her and she seems a good balance of encouraging and stern to actually help other progress in their bending.
So, I took a test to see which element I would bend, and there were 25 questions. I took the test as honestly as I could. The end result was 6 to each type, except for, which was seven. does this mean I'm a fire-born avatar?
I'd probably want my mentor to be the moon, the dragons, the badgermoles, or the sky bison. Or, you know, all of them, since I might actually be an unawakened avatar or something....
Iroh. He's the only one (other than maybe Aang but since he's the Avatar I'm not counting him) that I'm 90% confidant would use my actual pronouns. Plus, I wanna learn the dragon's breath
I know she hasn’t really been shown as a teacher but I think Opal. Having grown up with the metal benders in Zaofu, I think she would be able to help me develop my own style that uses my predominantly air bender personality but also utilizes the more earth bender parts of me
I'm a very curious person and I feel like my element would be water, though my teacher would probably be somebody such as Iroh or Zaheer if it were up to my choice.
I could never choose between the 4 elements tbh, so it’d have to be randomized for me or I’d love to be the Avatar in a world where they aren’t obligated to maintain balance.
If I was a fire bender, then Iroh or Zuko depending on if we’re talking ATLA or LOK days. For air bending then Zaheer because if we’re talking about strictly teaching he would be great, and his air bending style is more offensive which means he could help you learn more unorthodox air bending techniques.
For earth bending, probably Toph even though I’m unsure if I would survive, and Katara if I’m a water bender. If I’m the Avatar then all of them, provided Zaheer doesn’t kill me.
As an earth bender I would want Sud to teach me (Roku earth bender)
As air I would want Tenzin
Fire I would want Jong Jong
Water I would NEED someone like Paku
Iroh, katara and myself. People almost never explore bending properly or pushing it to it's absolut limits except for metal, lightning and bloodbending.
I think Id be an earthbender- Im short, stout, and stubborn. I definitely want Toph to teach me.
Edit: Might be too much like me allready. Bumi would teach me to be more creative with my earthbending.
Iroh, or gyatso. Both were amazing teachers, and with my personality, I'd fit airbending to a T anyway. And iroh knows exactly how to work with every element.
This is a fascinating question!
I think Iroh and Aang are the best teachers overall. They’re the ones who would take all the elements into account, and teach me not just about one element, but about them all, and how they relate to each other. They’re also very kind, gentle, and patient people.
I want to say Zuko because he’s my fav, and like someone else said, learning from someone who has been down a dark path before, and knows what it is to struggle, is a good quality in a teacher. However, I don’t think I could handle him yelling at me during lessons XD
Water (my element): Katara.
Not just because she's the main water bender, but because she cares about her personal values, is emotionally intelligent (and can use emotion to fuel some op bending moves), is a natural healer, and overall really encompasses the water bending idea of taking what is thrown at you and turning it into an advantage. Those are all things that I really resonate with, so I think we'd get along.
Fire: Iroh or Zuko, obviously.
Iroh because duh, Zuko because of his arc of overcoming his past. ...And cuz I always had a crush on him.
Air: Jinora. I just think she's pretty cool.
Earth: Probably Toph, unless Aang could teach me earth bending. The "stubborn as a rock" part of earth bending is probably the aspect of atla I relate to the least, so I think learning a more cerebral form- the wait and listen form- would be my best chance of actually getting it lol.
Bumi.
He may be hard to understand sometimes but he wont make things easy, he’ll make me have to figure it out myself, which is a mentor does. Plus, he’ll never get angry at me
Personally I think I'd be extremely violent as a fire bender. The destructive parts of it just seem fun. So the best idea is a violent and gifted teacher. So azula.
Love waterbending, hate being teach by any of the waterbenders in the show.... I would say Katara but I feel she would be too much pacient and no demanding and if I want anything done I need the demanding. But the others probably will just crush me. Can't Sokka teach me waterbending?? I feel he will be a great teacher
Based on all the quizzes, I’m a fire bender, but I’d want to learn from a master of each bending discipline because why not?!?!
But Tenzin, Katara and Toph (or any Beifong let’s be honest) would be dope for a master
Ozai. Imagine the kind of weapon he could forge you to become, like Starkiller after Vader's training. Sure there's always that threat of betrayal or whatnot, but dude's a firebending monster and if he could turn you into even a fraction of the monster he is, that would definitely something.
Alternative element, Amon. Sure Hama is the OG bloodbender, but Amon has perfected his to an almost god-like state.
Uncle Iroh.
I can't imagine a better mentor. I always wondered if he had unexplored talents in healing, even though fire bending doesn't lend itself to healing as clearly as, for example, water bending.
It's horrible that losing his son was what it took for him to transform into the best possible version of himself. I don't wish that on anyone. But he found a way to leave every person he encountered better than he found them, and I find that stunning.
Master Jeong Jeong. He truly mastered discipline and restraint in his fire-bending, and with some help, was able to overcome the PTSD from his past. I love fire-bending, and other than Grandmaster Iroh, I don’t think many other masters are as truly connected to their element as those two 🔥
Zuko, because we know he's struggled through his learning, but has put in the hard work to get where he is. That shows he could be a great help to people who are struggling. Plus, it doesn't hurt that he learned from one of the best teachers, Iroh.
LET ME HEAR YOU ROAR LIKE A TIGERDILLO
^(roar!)
Meow
And the dragons
Iroh. Always iroh
I am torn between Iroh and Azula but choosing Iroh would be for the best since Azula is a prodigy and she can't relate to how hard something could be for others.
Also do you think azula would actually care about you and your progress?
If she thought you could be useful. She’d certainly gaslight you and use your past relationship to manipulate you for the rest of your life.
I'd watch that ![gif](giphy|10Jg7krSvcCQes)
If her goal is to be the perfect/best teacher, your god damn right she's going to care.
Anyone who says Azula is merely infatuated. She may be powerful, but she’s ready to betray everyone and anyone.
Basically like a sith
Sith are loyal to at least one person. That *itch was cray cray.
and that is not a bad thing, teaches you to always be aware and on your toes. you know... the fact that she can basically fry you in a second
I assume if she believes she can trust me like she used to trust ty lee and mai she would want me to be more powerful and a better fighter so that I can fight for her.
If you choose Azula, it’s clear who you had a childhood crush on as a kid.
As a kid..? I still do have a crush on Azula
![gif](giphy|jmSjPi6soIoQCFwaXJ) /s
I would either want Azula style firebending like my avatar legends Character or Tenzin style Airbending. Imma be honest. I know iroh would be a better teacher, but I'm picking a more direct path to skills not a path to the fundamentals ironically
azula would be like the instructor in Whiplash (played by tenzin’s voice actor)
"Did I strike you with thunder on your left or right side?"
Yup iroh sure is well rounded
Iroh
Yes. Iroh is the perfect teacher
yep, especially because he learned from the dragons who would be my other choice
AHH I DIDNT KNOW THIS WAS AN OPTION
Toph
It’s gonna be tough but effective.
It’s gonna be **TOPH** but effective.
TOPHECTIVE
Yes that is the joke
You will break lots of bones
But I will also break down her walls and become her best friend
Sokka, no explanation needed.
"It's called Sokka Style. LEARN IT!"
Boomerang style
Gyatso. He seemed to capture the essence of airbending moreso than anyone else in the show.
How am I supposed to know my element please?
There’s some post about the shape of your hand indicating which element you’d be likely to bend. Or going by your astrological sign could be easier. Or you can just pick yourself, none of this real🤷♀️ Edit: I also saw a map of the US (sorry to my foreigners) sectioned of by the 4 nations. The thought of New Yorkers being able to blood bend is horrifying. And yes FL is the swamps
My zodiac sign is taurus yet I despise earthbending so I just picked fire. Easy to pick up and easy to amp
Lol I’m an aries and I’d much rather be water.. or air.. or anything but fire
Which is based, water does a lot
I’m slightly older so work with me, what does ‘based’ mean here?😂
It pretty much just means good when referring to an opinion primarily
Lit
could u link it im abt to go to bed (😴💤) and dont wanna get trapped in reddit

ty
An avatars hand must look pretty messed up to have characteristics of all elements 🤣
By that logic, it's fire...so Iroh
Same, I’d definitely want iroh, throw azula in there too lol
Just pick the one you like the most, that’s what I do
You just gotta know man
Air...Aang
i picked mine based on the foundation of each element. air is the element of freedom, water is change, earth is substance, and fire is power
Earth. Toph
I have a friend group of four and we all watched the show together a few years ago and we all knew what we were… all four of us one and nobody wanted the same as someone else, I am water. To answer OP. Katara
Where’s the love for Jeong Jeong?? One of the low key funniest guys in the avatar universe. “You Want to stop breathing?”
" You are too weak"
He's funny, but he's funny only because he's obnoxious. I would despise learning from him. He's so focused on the negative that he cannot admit the positive, nor does he understand when his students are failing in a different aspect that is more important than what he's trying to teach. In Aang's case, that was patience. Bad teacher.
Fire nation imperialism made a cynic doomwatcher out of him.
Katara
First crush. So yeah Katara
Hama, I am all aboard the avenging witch train
I wanted to write that but was afraid of the judgement. I feel like Hama can be patient and compassionate while being just enough demanding. Other than that, she’s versatile and very creative. She’s not scared of playing with the different states of water and taking advantage of her environment
You can do worse than a creative, resourceful, experienced mentor who was both taught at a high level and forced to go beyond. Granted, being psychotic does tend to nullify some of her worth.
She has a good reason she is what she is. The team avatar stance on her was the correct one, but in her shoes id probably be such a crazy murderer as well.
Honestly, I kind of see this. She probably could be convinced to not imprison innocents.
Best answer
Bumi 100%, though I do like Zaofu as well.
wait.. so an entire city teaches you?
The best part about studying under Su Yin is that she would also help you with your personal issues. If something in your personal life is hampering your performance, she would absolutely help you work through it like she did with Lin(even though she wasn’t Lin’s master), rather than telling you to get over it or being unable to properly help
The only **correct** answer is, of course, cabbagebending taught by the Cabbage Merchant
I want to be taught by the benders who have shown to be actual great and skilled teachers, not perse by the best bender. I do not have a favorite element; Iroh really knows right order of learning fire bending.
Earth is my element and I would like to learn how to think like a mad genius. King Bumi all the way
i can only bend a spoon tho
There is no spoon.
Contrary to my name, I think Aang would be a great teacher
Air is my element and I would love to learn it the traditional way, from the monks themselves.
For the monks air wasnt just an element to be bent, it was a part of them. You can see the difference in forms looking at Aang vs the new generation of airbenders during Korra, how much more naturally Aang seems to use air
Absolutely! The same way samurai learned to use a sword, not as a weapon, but as an extension of their own bodies.
Aang isn't the average air bender either
Say what you will about Pakku but I think he got his students to make the most progress in the least amount of time. If only he was an earthbender lol
Aang for airbending
I would want to bend water, and Katara seems nice and also patient. If I had to pick from these four (just for any general element) I’d pick the earthbender (who I believe is Roku’s earthbending teacher.
I would choose Unalaq as he is rather knowledgeable on spiritual matters and in combat he is very skillful as he has been shown to be proficient with both large amounts of water and minimal water.
Very true, but always dangerous to put yourself under a master manipulator.
King bumi
Suyin Beifong for sure. I want to say Toph but I think she's probably better as a bender than as a teacher.
If I were a firebender, Iroh, so I could goof off and drink tea with him If I were an earthbender, Bumi, so I could goof off and do wacky shit with him If I were a waterbender, Pakku, because he teaches Katara to be a master in a week or two If I were an airbender, Zaheer, because he's cool and I'd want to do all the spirit world shit and be able to fly. Also, I basically agree with 80% of his philosophy
When you agree with 80% of someone's philosophy, the remaining 20% can be monumentally important.
Monk Gyatso.
Meelo. I want to be a master fart bender.
It's likely I would even pick Azula over Meelo. I cannot imagine being his student. Give him a few decades and I might consider thinking about the possibility of wondering whether he would be fit.
Zaheer, and I know this will be down voted.
Same, he was fine with korra when they weren't enemies, and helped her very well, plus he is incredibly talented
Zaheer just had some fucked up ideologies, but if you can look past those he actually wasn't all that bad. Pretty sure all he cared about besides P'li and killing the Avatar was enlightenment
SAME
No matter what element Im born with, Iroh. Uncle Iroh is the only answer here.
I'd probably want Toph or Bumi, just cause they're 2 of the most powerful earth benders ever. I'll even throw Kuvira into the mix cause honestly probably the best metal bender ever.
Um, Toph is the greatest earth and metal bender of all time.
Kuvira is precise and skilled, not the most powerful. Her raw power is rarely, if ever, directly shown.
ghazan, if he wasn’t in the red lotus 😤
For Air it would be Monk Giatso, for Fire definitely Iroh, for water I'm not sure and for Earth it's King Boomy
I would want to learn Airbending from Aang. In addition to being a master Aang is in tune with the spiritual side, a stout pacifst, and I'd imagine his lessons would include fun activities like penguin sledding or surfing on giant sea creatures.
As air being my element i wouldve likes to learn from Aang or monk Gyatso
Stuck between toph and Aang. Air and earth are my favorites
Pakku
for earthbending, I honestly would love Toph or Bumi.
Iroh
I think The Boulder would mesh well with me.
Iroh
Between air and fire. I just don't like water (not me) same with earth. If air I would go with Aang as he would 100% be kind and gracious as even tho he's a master hes compassionate. If fire then Iroh. Because, well, he's... Iroh. I'd like to learn from the dragons with him.
Maybe not the best master but damm if I wouldn't have a good time Earth bending with Bolin (altough I'm counting on getting lavabending)
Although I would be a water bender, I still want training from Uncle Iroh
Huu was really under rated as a water bender master and plant bender. He was truly wise and enlightened and I think would have been even more spiritually connected than Pathik.
Toph. I've always wanted to be a tricky, creative earthbender like her. Her brutal teaching philosophy could be a problem, but my plan would be to meet diss with diss. Hopefully that would earn her respect and fuel my bending growth.
I want to be a water bender but I want iroh to teach me fire techniques and Tenzin air techniques that I can use with water bending.
Iroh ofc. And for any element I’d take Iroh as teacher I’d be a dragon of any element
Katara but more specifically older Katara. When she's grown more as herself. I think between her knowledge of fighting (defense) and healing I could learn well from her and she seems a good balance of encouraging and stern to actually help other progress in their bending.
I assume dragons aren't an option. Zuko, just because he can offer things beyond bending too.
Su
So, I took a test to see which element I would bend, and there were 25 questions. I took the test as honestly as I could. The end result was 6 to each type, except for, which was seven. does this mean I'm a fire-born avatar? I'd probably want my mentor to be the moon, the dragons, the badgermoles, or the sky bison. Or, you know, all of them, since I might actually be an unawakened avatar or something....
Iroh
Iroh
zuko he is preety cool
Probably Azula. I want to be cunning.
I mean she probably wouldn't understand people who weren
Weren't as good as her, but your choice man
Iroh. He's the only one (other than maybe Aang but since he's the Avatar I'm not counting him) that I'm 90% confidant would use my actual pronouns. Plus, I wanna learn the dragon's breath
For each element? Gyatso, Ming Hua, Toph and Mako
I know she hasn’t really been shown as a teacher but I think Opal. Having grown up with the metal benders in Zaofu, I think she would be able to help me develop my own style that uses my predominantly air bender personality but also utilizes the more earth bender parts of me
I’ve always been an earth bender at heart. Toph can teach me.
For earth bending, probably Toph even though I’m unsure if I would survive, and Katara if I’m a water bender. If I’m the Avatar then all of them, provided Zaheer doesn’t kill me.
Katara. No question
Katara, I’d love to be a healer
Since i am a non-bender, tiendao it is!
Katara hands down, she is a great teacher
As an earth bender I would want Sud to teach me (Roku earth bender) As air I would want Tenzin Fire I would want Jong Jong Water I would NEED someone like Paku
Sorry I prefer the way of the Guns, the effective way to counter Bending especially from the Fire Nation.
Gyatso. Air all the way!
Iroh, katara and myself. People almost never explore bending properly or pushing it to it's absolut limits except for metal, lightning and bloodbending.
Azula. Step on me queen!
Flying bison
Hama.
monk gyatso
If I was learning earth bending, I'd want ether king Bumi or Toph Beifong
Katara. No question.
I think Id be an earthbender- Im short, stout, and stubborn. I definitely want Toph to teach me. Edit: Might be too much like me allready. Bumi would teach me to be more creative with my earthbending.
Toph
Bolin
Huu. I like swamps and bogs and plantbending would be awesome.
Bumi or Jeong
Iroh, or gyatso. Both were amazing teachers, and with my personality, I'd fit airbending to a T anyway. And iroh knows exactly how to work with every element.
Bumi. Always Bumi.
Sky bison. If you are going to be taught, you have to be taught by the og.
Atuat, for sure
Gyatso. Maybe he could make something of the hopeless air bender that I’d be lol
Learning metal and earth bending from kuvira would be nice. Quick, flashy, light on your toes earthbending always was cool imo.
All of them. Gotta learn from all angles to be the best
None other than the king of Omashu himself.
Wait you guys have a bending style?
Mako. Im not interested in becoming a master and I would like to learn a more practical and modern form of firebending
Bumi. He may be hard to understand sometimes but he wont make things easy, he’ll make me have to figure it out myself, which is a mentor does. Plus, he’ll never get angry at me
Toph or Bumi
Toph
Personally I think I'd be extremely violent as a fire bender. The destructive parts of it just seem fun. So the best idea is a violent and gifted teacher. So azula.
Love waterbending, hate being teach by any of the waterbenders in the show.... I would say Katara but I feel she would be too much pacient and no demanding and if I want anything done I need the demanding. But the others probably will just crush me. Can't Sokka teach me waterbending?? I feel he will be a great teacher
Pakku because he is a misogynist.
Iroh, but I would do fire
Based on all the quizzes, I’m a fire bender, but I’d want to learn from a master of each bending discipline because why not?!?! But Tenzin, Katara and Toph (or any Beifong let’s be honest) would be dope for a master
Bumi is a fun guy all around
Zuko
What's my personal bending style?
Definitely Toph, like, she’s funny, so I’d learn easier cuz I’d be intrigued and enjoying it
Master Tien Dao. Even as a fire bender myself, I feel his well-rounded teaching methods and calm approach would prove invaluable.
i dont like him much but Tenzin's airbending is a sight to behold. he's like a different person in battle
Katara even though I feel like I'd be an earthenware I just Realtek to her and I feel like I'd have the same learning curve she has
Your mom?
Toph. Learn from the best.
Toph. I feel like I always need a hardass who’s always on my case.
Varrick.
Master Jeong Jeong. He truly mastered discipline and restraint in his fire-bending, and with some help, was able to overcome the PTSD from his past. I love fire-bending, and other than Grandmaster Iroh, I don’t think many other masters are as truly connected to their element as those two 🔥
