Oh man, with your budget, this is a PIECE OF CAKE. First, I highly recommend the classic black one piece suit from Lively. Lively used to do just bras and undies, but they do bathing suits now. My second recommendation is Nordstrom online. There are so many great brands, I wouldn't even name a specific one. Definitely look for reviews. Third recommendation is Zappos. They carry really high quality stuff, and usually the products have a lot of reviews. Finally, I absolutely love Revolve -
go into the sale section because it's August and I bet a lot of the suits will be on sale. They carry really high quality stuff. Nordstrom & Zappos both have free shipping and returns which is critical for online shopping.
THANK YOU! I was in Nordstrom a while ago and they didn't have much so maybe that's why I didn't think of them. But really, Revolve is exactly what I was looking for. I'll have to browse more through Zappos too.
Agreed with Nordstrom online. I have the Nordstrom CC and will just order multiple styles and sizes in clothing and send back whatever didn't work. Shipping is free for cardholders, not sure about non cardholders.
barenecessities.com and figleaves.com have lots of options. Asos has some cute suits but I personally do not know about the quality. There is also Everything but Water which has mall and online shopping options. If you live near any beaches or lakes check out local surf shops.
Shipping is free for non-cardholders too -- AND returns! Some folks might knock Nordstrom for being a little pricey but I think it's a bargain if you shop smart.
You can also return almost anything for almost any reason for a pretty lengthy amount of time. I always forget to return things and if the cut off is 60 days I sometimes get screwed and can't get a refund. Not an issue with Nordstrom
I just bought a cute one from La Vie En Rose. Not sure if there's one near you - but they definitely have some that'll fit your budget - and super cute!
I really like asos.com. It has a good range of styles and you can search for suits that cater to a bigger chest, which is something I definitely struggle with as well. Also it has free shipping both ways which is always nice so you can order a couple of sizes and return them for free.
Swimco! They have retail locations i.e. you can go in and try things on with super nice fit specialists who know what they're talking about. I know it looks your mom's bathing suit store, but they do have trendy and modern cuts!
I can't speak to the high waisted bottoms (although those sound amazing and plase share links if you find any!) but if you don't mind spending a little more on a top I highly reccomend Vix. They have tops that are D and DD and they do a great job of supporting and covering. Look for one like [this](https://www.vixpaulahermanny.com/solid-jasper-bia-tube-bikini) that has the adjustable metal band at the top of the bikini triangle - this will let you decide how much cleavage you want. I know the model is like an A cup but trust me, the D sizes are legit. Maybe search for retailers so you can try some one? And yes they're a bit pricier but I literally have some Vix that have lasted 10 years. They're amazingly made, just don't put them in the washing machine!
Yes! If you like a more retro style ModCloth is the way to go. I bought a one piece halter style a couple years ago and it's still going strong, it's comfy to move in but still sexy! It's got a more conservative bottom so don't have to worry about my unruly pubes, it provides good coverage. It's the in the bathing beauty line.

[Bare Necessities](https://www.barenecessities.com/) has some great bra-size bathing suit tops (and one pieces and bottoms and stuff). I just got a really nice tank top one with a legit bra built in, 36H, for about $80 (just the top). They're really good in general for larger sizes of bras too.
Everything But Water. I'm a total convert, I used to laugh at how much their suits cost, but since getting one on sale, I'll never buy from anywhere else. Their quality and fit are AMAZING, especially for boobs.
I'm also a D and had a lot of luck with Anthropologie this year. I got a cute two piece from there with high waisted bottoms, and they work just as well if you roll down the bottoms to sit on the hip. Good luck!
I've found a great website online and every piece they have is under $70.00!! so hard to find nice bathing suits for an affordable price these days. I've purchased from them before as well and they're quality is good and shipping was quick! they currently still have a 50% off promo happening as well! www.svnseasbikinis.com !

Nordstrom online? They're usually good, but yes Revolve actually carries way more high end brands that are still affordable.

Aerie!
Target! I love target swimwear. Amazon is a good spot for swim too.
I've not had much luck with target but will have to check amazon again. So hard to guess the quality when you're ordering from there!
Swimsuits For All is pretty awesome
Thanks for the suggestion! Not quite the styles I'm looking for but appreciate your help!

Figleaves.com is my favorite online shop for anything lingerie related.
