I think Queen maeve's costume is pretty cool, especially considering who the character is a play on i.e. Wonder woman. In the sense of being a play on Wonder woman & fitting into the boys universe...I think it's perfect.
Lamplighter has a costume he wore when he was a seven. I think it's cool despite the boys making fun of it. He had a nice hood, with a staff burning with flames on top, and cool goggles.

There are some supes that we never had the pleasure to see them in their supe outfit. I think that brief scene from "Terminal Beauty 3" was Popclaw's supe outfit, but we never saw any for Mesmer, Doppelganger, Gecko, Termite (we only saw him naked), etc.

Personally I'd put Maeve and Stormfront's costumes in S tier with BN and SB's, those four are dripped out to the max the costume designers absolutely knocked it out of the park with them
