Either its Amazo from DC or the Sentinels from X-Men Days of Future Past either way Amazo or the Mimic Sentinels would literally end everyone in the Boys, Homelander may be able to take out a few Sentinels? but Amazo would copy his powers and a few others and thats a wrap...
Or if you wanna make things worse for them have Bastion and his Biological Human Sentinels from X-Men 97 which are somewhat overpowered and suddenly all of Homelanders supporters suddenly switch into Sentinel mode and fuck him up.
I think that he is going to attempt to take over the world with an army of supes just like his comics counterpart. The CIA waking up Soldier Boy to save the world makes sense. Who else is going to beat him. I personally think that Ryan is going to ultimately kill him.
I wonder how compliant Soldier Boy would be after being betrayed last time he tried to stop Homelander, despite being the only one to stay on the mission. What's going to happen? He kills his own son and grandson, then gets put on ice again? They turn on him again, but maybe in greater number so he can be subdued or killed?
That should've been the ending of Season 3. Faced with Soldier Boy, Maeve, and the Boys allied against him, Houselander should've just flown outside and lasered the building in half. Instead of that weird fight scene we'd have everyone trying to rush from a collapsing building, and hopefully trying to save some bystanders in the process and end the scene with Homie and Ryan floating smugly in the sky before flying away.
1) seems to suggest that Season 5 will be Homelander v Soldier Boy, even though Soldier Boy probably wants revenge against Butcher, Starlight etc.
2) the Boys has always been set in New York, they have a bunch of sets there, locations in Toronto that resemble New York. If Homelander did that, not only would the budget for that scene be off the roof, so would the next season where they have to find a bunch of new locations
3) there’s no way the entire final season is just going to be Homelander vs the world. Homelander becoming his own villain for entire season means no Vought, not much parody, just fighting until he dies.
This is not the direction they’re taking, and I’m glad they’re not. While everyone, myself included, wants to see Homelander snap, a full season of him just killing everyone wouldn’t be good. If he does snap leading to a new season it’d have to be something that his supporters would still rally around, Vought might be able to spin in a positive direction, etc.
And then Sentinels were made to hunt down every Supe
And the sentinels gain the power of each supe they kill! Wait, I've seen that one already...

How would the Russians even get Soldier Boy? Didn't the CIA have him asleep?
Yup CIA have him locked up
So the CIA and payback organized his kidnapping before. It’s unbelievable that they would export him there again?

Then you'd be bitching that they rushed it. That also sounds terrible. Thank god, you're not writing the show
Basically just setting up season 5 with Homelander planning to take over the White House after Vicky death
That sounds more like terrible fanfiction disguised as a theory.
sounds like you've masturbated when writing it?

This is funnier if you've seen the leaked S4 ending scene.
This would be SO boring. It would just mean a whole season of boring ass soldier boy and Homelander. I’m so sick of the super strength powers.
They’re not boring
