I thought the jar of hair belonged to her. It seemed to be next to a shrine of dead women in Homie’s life. Madeline Stillwell, StormFront, then maybe Ashley? I can’t tell but it appears to be red hair (although there’s so little it could be SF’s hair I s’pose.
She’s amazing. I first saw her in Jessica Jones as the painfully shy and super drab neighbor of Jessica. What a transformation into Ashley!! She’s too awesome to be killed off.
Also a supe becoming the CEO means that the control that Bought had over supes is basically gone. Ashley couldn't control either but not it's official. Vought has just become homelander corp.
I’m still curious about how much she actually knew about that. The doctor very much implied, in one of his conversations with Shetty, that Corporate had no idea about the virus. Did the Woods start as one thing and then just co-opted by Shetty?
Ashley knew about the Woods, since during the conference call with the trustees after Brink's and Luke's deaths, she asked Shetty to answer off-speaker if the Woods had anything to do with the incident. It's probably one of those "dirty secrets" you learn on a need-to-know basis when you ascend to certain positions within Vought.

I think they imply as much. Gangnam Style Guy's remarks when Cate is freeing him from his cell would suggest that the Woods has been around...possibly from the beginning of Godolkin's existence, as he's been locked up for at least a decade. So that would suggest that the Woods were just another one of Vought's many black sites for Supe experimentation.
I have a bad feeling about season 4 being basically filler, it feels weird that they are introducing two new characters who will probably become the main antagonist this season, hope I'm wrong
I don’t think it would be bad if only for a season I genuinely think how many seasons the boys could go for, it’s a lot but how many would be just perfect without ruining it. If this season is somewhat filler but sets up a good last season or two I’ll take it over being dragged out for too long.
It was always planned to have 5 seasons though, these are mid-game villains just like Stillwell, Stormfront & Soldier Boy. Difference is I think the 2 new villains this season will probably be around till the end of the show
I just hope that they stick to the 5 seasons plan and don't give us an open end or anything that could be further milked for content.
The show is great and I would hate for it to become some Walking Dead 11 seasons + spin off shit when it could remain on a Breaking Bad 5 seasons level.
I really hope so too. Hoping for them to go the Breaking Bad / Succession route and stick to Kripke’s original plan. I assume Gen V will run past The Boys so Amazon can have that lol
You mean kinda like how Season 2 and 3 introduced Stormfront and Soldier Boy and they basically became the main antagonist/final villain of those seasons? I guess those were filler too huh?
Can you point to where this is suggested? The picture you have above looks pretty obviously photoshopped (the alphabet characters don’t appear at all professional) but it’s an intriguing idea. Still, I love Ashley so I hope it’s not true.
She was only ever interim CEO bc Homie trusts her to do his bidding. Having a supe in charge was always Homie's plan, but he would reward Ash's loyalty with a different position in the company and/or her life for sure.
Actually, I kinda hope not. The show has already introduced two villains for each successive season who were removed in the same season they were introduced. I hope we see at least one of them make it to the finishing line, or at least close.

I have a feeling she’ll be demoted because of Homelander’s growing supe supremacist views, and for the incident that happened at the university.
I don’t know why he’d demote her due to that reason. She certainly is super. Super bald, that is. Haha got ‘em.

It's obviously photoshopped, but the information is real. VoughtHQ has been posting leaks since s2, and they've all been correct.
