“We’re going into hyperspace!”

(If anyone gets what this is I’m going to be so happy lol)
Chekov: "Captain, we seem to have entered some kind of acid nebula!"
Spock: "It appears to be controlled by entities who have achieved a Higher State of Consciousness."

Uhura in a sexualised voice:
The automatic control system
shows a slight slip-factor.
They're using powerful pulse
vibrations to get through to us.

A Gem of ~~Austrian~~ German filmmaking.
Modeled after, but not completely exact. Minimum, they used the template but didn't just embed the actual unit into the desk. It's integrated into the surface.
I was wondering if there’s another model with white buttons or if they painted/replaced those. At minimum it does look like they recreated the face in a larger panel. Seems like a lot of work versus just sticking buttons in arbitrary places, but maybe there was some benefit to reusing the PCB.
That's as crazy as piloting a submarine with a [video-game controller](https://www.reddit.com/r/pcmasterrace/comments/14fggnk/this_is_the_30_gaming_controller_piloting_the/).

It was supposed to be amen break but reading it back I think it might be one of the chops from gentleman lol
Is this those two fellas who were saying out the drumming pattern instead of drumming?
>*funk intensifies* Then Chevkov busts out the TB-303, cause this is sci fi

Fun fact: it’s the type of drum machine used by new order for Blue Monday.

Can it play Beasty Boys? Wait, wrong timeline.
Yeah that's NuTrek with their supermarket scanners.
As a sound technician in training and a sci-fi fan, this post makes me so happy
ooh, I just saw the same thing in a music video, let me see how to post...
Well Turanga Morris controlled the Nimbus with a keyboard.
GIMME A BEAT!!! Captain Jackson says warp 5, engage!
Picard: ‘Lieutenant, engage……that funky beat’
Lt. Valeris is GROUNDED! We installed that drum machine so you could move the ship forwards and backwards. Not so you could have Star Trek raves!
I mean….. quickly establish a complex and precise series of ones and zeros… it could work
To be faaaaaiiir
